On a serious note, though, we highly encourage all players to wear protective eyewear on the pickleball court. The game happens fast and accidents like a ball to the eye are a lot more common than you might think. In addition to protecting your eyes from damage or compromised vision, clear glasses can be great for indoor lighting. And hey, if you forget your glasses, just grab your ski goggles from the car or pop into our pro shop for a pair!

This month officially marks the start of summer, although we’ve all been enjoying the beautiful Colorado weather already. With that in mind, we tend to see people starting to migrate to outdoor courts. Listen, we get it, it’s nice to enjoy the weather! But protection from the weather isn’t the only benefit of Boulder Pickleball, so today, we’re bringing you 5️⃣ reasons why you should keep playing indoors at BP this summer:

1️⃣ THE WEATHER

We said it already, but the weather! Whether it’s rain or snow (we all know how crazy Colorado can be), or the blistering heat, the temperature is always pleasant inside Boulder Pickleball.

Our climate-controlled environment is usually between 58 and 65 degrees, and we have six large garage doors that open in the summertime. Our indoor courts also offer super high ceilings, and you’ll never experience issues like the sun or frustrating wind.

2️⃣ STATE-OF-THE-ART COURTS

Boulder Pickleball boasts the best courts in the sport. Our state-of-the-art Pickleroll outdoor surface courts mimic the outdoor court with none of the wear or damage. You truly get the best of both worlds here.

Additionally, Boulder Pickleball offers two unique practice courts: a skinny singles court, and a kitchen/d**king court.

3️⃣ THE COMMUNITY

At Boulder Pickleball, all of our courts are reserved ahead of time and reserved exclusively for you and your partners. You can reserve up to 14 days in advance depending on your membership status.
