Rarely seen without her trusty sidekick, Bowie, Brady has a true appreciation for all things life has to share, especially our Cafe Kolsch 🍻

A Furry Friday Feature !!

Say hey to Moxie! This lil fox loves Bingo, parties, hats, music, and her dad Andrew ! She loves some warm bodies but also plays it so cool when she drops in to the bar. The kind of gal you want to like you but she’s like, soooo chill and unimpressed. Swoon! If you are smooth enough she MIGHT let you touch her fluffy locks. Moxie and Andrews beer of choice is the Cherry Blonde!

Say hi to our resident sweetheart Wingo! Although he’ll probably say hi first 🤗 Wingo has a knack for making everyone feel very welcomed in our taproom, especially if it’s your first time in! He loves to participate in our monthly open jam sessions and is again so encouraging of anyone of any skill to participate. He has been our North Star of entertainment for most of our parties, where he spins vinyl of various genres. We can’t wait to hear what he’s bringing tomorrow for our 4/20 celebration along with other talented DJs ! Wingo’s favorite beer is the Green Bullet IPA but he also loves shots of the Cafe Kolsh and in fact will probably insist on you doing one with him after he makes you laugh or says something nice about your socks.

Say oh hiiii to our frequent flyer, Daria! Daria is exceptionally supportive of the local community however it materializes here at Asher ! Be it live music, food trucks, spectating Dungeons and Dragons, crafting and more, our girl always rallies! She enjoys a Tree Hugger Amber or Cherry Blonde after working down the road from us for and (follow for all your flow art needs 😍) Keep an eye out for a Friday Feature on her special four legged roommate you may have seen on our other posts 😉🦎!!

We are hosting a 4/20 party next Saturday and also celebrating half way to Daria’s bday!! (As hers is near Halloween so it’s usually cold and over shadowed 😂) we’ve got live DJs, and more from , food from and a contest for who can nail a signature Daria laugh!! So come celebrate our girl !!

Say hello to our bar regular Shay!! If we’re brewing in the back, throwing bags outside, or on the phone, we can’t mistake nor escape Shay’s big ol laugh! Shay is a lover of live music, and even if it’s not rippin bluegrass, he will always show up for our live music events here at the brewery ! He is a sassy man and will share a laugh or a chat with anyone especially about movies or music. As much as we love him, it’s his pup Ripley who gets the most compliments when the duo show up, but luckily she’s his biggest fan! Shay’s go- to drink is our Ginger Bomb 🍺 ♥️

Meet our goooodest boy Doc! Doc might greet ya with an enthusiastic ROOROO when you walk through the doors of Asher. But don’t let his volume fool you, he’s the biggest wuss in the ABC crowd. All he wants is to give everyone a big kiss, his human friends AND dog friends ! What you do need to watch out for, is that happy waggy tail as surely it will be athumpin! Wanna know the cutest fact about Doc? He actually sprained his tail once from wagging it too hard!! He loves hanging with his mama, our ABC bartender, Knox! And also loves hanging with his fellow brew dogs, especially his lil sis Ethel !! Stop in and get a smooch from this good boy !

Friday *Staff* Feature !!

Say hello to our lovely Taproom Tender, Bree ! This silly and whimsical human is happy to fill up your mug and share a laugh, making anyone feel at home in our brewery! They have a bustling schedule of hosting multiple quiz and bingo nights at different locations, but when they have the time to participate, they love to hop in for the home team for an Asher Thursday bingo or trivia Tuesday! Bree also loves a good jam sesh! They sing like an angel and play ukulele like a ..magical mermaid unicorn (?)!! Bree is a fountain of creativity and we are grateful to have them here slingin beers!! Their favorite is the Simcoe Pale Ale 🍺♥️

Been a lil while since we’ve had a jam! Starting today we will be having an open jam the last Sunday of every month!
