Snooze, an A.M. Eatery
At Snooze we serve up craveable breakfast classics with a unique twist in an upbeat environment!
Most breakfast & brunch restaurants start with the same script: eggs, batter, coffee & a big ol' griddle. We've found scripts are a lot like pancakes, they're best when flipped, so we‚re always looking to turn the best breakfast classics upside-down & on their side. Stop by for delicious pancakes, french toast, benedicts, breakfast burritos, oatmeal, breakfast sandwiches, bacon & more! From paleo
Round up your brunch squad, because breakfast is better together. Right now, it’s buy one, get one free on any entrée* seven days a week! Show your server code THANKS24 and double the deliciousness.

Let's give it up for Shakin' Bacon as we welcome her to the spotlight! Kristin Clark’s incredible journey with Snooze began seven years ago as a server. From day one, Kristin’s drive, dedication, and eagerness to learn propelled her forward and led her to the role of (Flex) Assistant General Manager. In this role, she mastered both the front and heart of the house, gaining a deep understanding of every position in the restaurant. Now, as Senior AGM, Kristin continues to blaze her path toward becoming a Snooze General Manager. Keep up the amazing work, Shakin' Bacon—your hard work is inspiring!
Kristin shares what makes her proud to be part of the Snooze family:
“We have a great message. I love that we can do things like surprise teachers with tacos on their first day back to school, just because, or find creative ways to always say 'yes' to our Guests.”
Our Snooze mantra, ‘It only takes a moment to make a difference,’ drives us to go above and beyond, ensuring that everyone feels valued. That message is at the heart of everything we do. Guests are our true north and guiding light. Taking care of both our Guests and our Snoozers is our top priority. We actively encourage our team to embody this mantra every single day.
“You never know what someone else is going through or how their day is unfolding, so even the smallest gesture can completely turn things around. I embrace the mantra by striving to be the best teammate I can be to everyone around me,” Kristin reflects.
Come for the food, stay for the fun. Whether you’re brunching with friends or solo, we’ve got the good vibes, boozy drinks, and lively atmosphere to make every visit an unforgettable experience.
Picture-perfect mornings start with our Monte Cristo Brioche Toast. Where savory meets sweet, with layers of house-made raspberry pepper jam, shaved ham and gooey cheese, topped with a sunny-side up cage-free egg and crispy prosciutto —it’s crafted to satisfy those next-level brunch cravings.
I already know just what I want: the Signature Pancake Flight 🥞🤤

Shannon Ingrassia-Murphy, Pop-Soul Singer, Server and Storyteller at Snooze The Strand at Huebner Oaks, explains to us why is important to her and her family.
“Black History Month is important to me and my family because it is one of the only mainstream ways that America will recognize the Black struggle. A lot of our history has been watered down, or mis-told, and so Black History Month is an opportunity for us to vocalize our own stories. Did you know almost 500 pieces (on average) of Black History Documentation has been destroyed across the U.S in just the last 10 years? This is one of the major reasons why keeping the tradition of Black History Month alive is so important not just to my family but to all African American families residing in the United States of America.”

Meet Shannon Ingrassia-Murphy 👋 This Pop-Soul Singer, Server and Storyteller at Snooze The Strand at Huebner Oaks, tells us how she recognizes and honors through music and culture:
“I am a pop-soul singer who writes original music, much of which is with the help of my African American-Irish-Cherokee Indian father who had a band of his own back in the 80s. Music is such a unique and transparent way to educate and remind ourselves of our History. 400 years ago, music was used as a way for slaves to communicate in code, worship through times of trial, and would give our ancestors an outlet to dance and celebrate their own small wins. Music will forever be tied to Black History Month, and I am proud to take that legacy on as my own as well.”
Billie Holiday, Nina Simone and Aretha Franklin are three women who Shannon is inspired by.
“These women always made it a point to speak about Black Civil Rights within their music. They stood with confidence in their Activism, and never let money, fame or talent get in the way of fighting for their fellow Black man… I can only hope that I continue to live my life in the same way as these women.”
