Today, we had the wonderful Mr. Paul Levitt’s birthday celebration with his family and friends here at Taj. We had warm, delicious Indian meal, laughter and and even someone belting opera (beautifully). We absolutely loved seeing our customers’ happy faces this holiday season.

The Taj Family went out to Full Circle Farms, a certified organic farm in Longmont, this morning to handpick these gorgeous cauliflowers!

These will be lovingly prepped for various vegetarian specialties including Aloo Gobi, Vegetable Korma and Coconut Vegetable Curry. We hope you try out these yummy veggies!
