Eager & ready for the next phase of growth for Sweet Cake Bake Shop! My proprietary Gluten Free Flour blends started this bakery over 15 years ago. All the fresh baked products we make in the shop are created using my flour blends, Master Mix & Master Lite. These mixes made my life livable again. Creating and sharing gluten free versions of the baked goods I grew up with has been such a blessing. Celiac Disease came into my life with a vengeance…and almost took it. I fought hard to gain my health back. My beloved flour blends became a catalyst for opening my bakery in 2009. What an incredible journey it’s been. So many sleepless, long nights. Blistered and cracked fingers to make this dream a reality. I am so grateful for this amazing community. For the support we’ve received over the years. For all my sweet customers who come back week after week. Stand in long lines during Thanksgiving for a mini pie or 2 dinner rolls. The heartfelt “Thank you’s” we receive are very much appreciated after myself and my staff has worked 18+ hours over night to ensure they have pumpkin pie and stuffing for the holiday. We are open tomorrow December 31 9am-3pm! Stop in and pick up some sweet treats to ring in the New Year. As the owner of this little bakery, I just want to personally say thank you to our incredible customers, new and old. I have been on an unbelievable journey over the last year. This bakery is my whole heart. We just passed our 13th year in business. We’ve moved to a big, beautiful new space. My daughter, who grew up in the bakery, is now my full time business partner. Life has thrown a few curveballs and avalanches. But we are more dedicated than ever to fulfilling all the gluten free desires of your heart. Thank you for sticking with us. So many of you were introduced to me as customers, but I now consider you my close friends & family. This little shop has seen me through many storms & so many wonderful life moments to celebrate & be grateful for. In a world that’s not always nice. That doesn’t always give you the benefit of the doubt or even a second chance, we want to thank you for believing in us. For believing in this crazy dream. Team Sweet Cake will see you all in 2022!
