Super delicious & easy recipe for Peach Crisp! Recipe adapted from the by the beautiful I have loved and used so many of her recipes in my family for years! I substituted my Master Mix gluten free flour blend and I’ve listed the recipe below! Shout out to for the beautiful peaches. Happy baking!

Peach Crisp:

6 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
1 cup gluten free rolled oats
1 1/4 cup Master Mix
1/4 heaping teaspoon xanthan gum
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
Grated fresh nutmeg
1 stick unsalted butter, grated or diced

-Preheat over to 350 degrees
-Wash, peel & slice peaches. Place in buttered casserole dish 9x13
-Grate fresh nutmeg on top
-In separate bowl measure gf oats, master mix, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon & xanthan gum. Stir to combine, then add in butter. Mix by hand until crumbly but well combined
-Sprinkle over fresh peaches & bake 35-40 minutes until juices are bubbling and the topping is golden brown
-Serve warm with fresh cream or ice cream 🤗
