This month’s employee spotlight is on Rebecca Pendley. When asked who or what motivates her she stated her husband and children. They motivate her to be the best version of herself even when she feels like she’s not enough, they help motivate her to reach her goals while being her biggest supporters. Rebecca, you are enough and you show up every day ready to provide the best care to our patients and we couldn’t be more thankful to have a nurse like you apart of our team.
Rebecca’s favorite thing about working at CRSH is her coworkers. They’re not just coworkers, but her family and it wouldn’t be the same here without them. CRSH truly is a family and we are so lucky to have each and every one of you all! 😊

This month’s employee spotlight is on Taylor Jared. We’ve had the pleasure of having Taylor apart of our team for about eight years now in various roles. When asked what her dream job is she said to be an RN, she’s living out her dream! What Taylor loves most about working at CRSH is that all of her best friends are here. The best thing to come from this year so far has been that Taylor finished her BSN!
What an amazing achievement and we are so lucky to have Taylor apart of our team here at CRSH. She truly has such a positive impact on the lives she touches and we couldn’t be more thankful to have such a dedicated and driven nurse to call one of our own. We can’t wait to see what all else you accomplish Taylor! Thanks for being apart of our CRSH team 😊
