We planned on showing this week but unfortunately the previous tenant and their dog ruined the brand new flooring that was installed when they moved in. We didn’t feel great about patching it so all flooring is being replaced right now. Should be showing to applicants and have updates for applicants early next week!

Application Fees!
We hear alot about these and we get it can get expensive if you're applying with several companies! So what's it for?

First, always remember we only ask for applications through our website. If you're applying through a third party and they ask for payment, that's not us! Our fee is $35.

When we screen an applicant (send off their credit and background check), it charges us so that fee goes toward that. Once it's spent, its spent.

However, if we get a lot of apps for a property and we fill it before we make it through all the apps, you have two options. 1) we can refund that application fee if we haven't screened you yet OR 2) we can keep your application on file for up to 90 days for another property that may come open if you'd like.
