The old sunroom kit used on the back of this home in Briarwood was destroyed by a large tree in the spring wind storm!! We tore it off and built it back bigger and better than ever with a few upgrades and replaced the entire roof and all new gutters for the home!

It’s been a very busy year for us so it’s been difficult to keep project photos updated. On Fall Break vacation for a week with a lazy day on deck 16 so thought I’d share the year so far! Thanks again to all our clients and we hope everyone is having a great and restful fall break!

Here is the first project and one of the largest this year that is getting very close to completion. Removed their old Trex deck that had actually
rotted away! Then building a large attached/detached sunroom with a custom kitchen, slate stone flooring, custom ceiling profile and trim work, and new Pella integrated window screens! Outside we are adding a see-through fireplace, Timbertech deck around 3/4 of the structure with custom lighting and hardscape work all around and a fire pit and grilling area that will be unmatched! ANOTHER PROJECT COMPLETE!

If you can’t tell, we love doing patio and sunroom jobs! These clients were referrals from another client, which we always love and appreciate and reward! This was a very simple, remove the old deck, and provide a nice covered space to escape the hot heat of the Summer Sun! We had to end up, tearing out the existing sidewalk, because it was sloping towards the house, and beginning to crack and break, but everything turned out, fantastically in the end and the clients are happy, which is what we always want above everything else!

We ripped out the old aggregate patio and poured a big new concrete patio and then build a shed roof style screened in porch on top of it. About 2/3 is screened and the rest is open but covered!

This home was hit by the tornado in Dec. 21’. We didn’t get the call until July last year. Instead of repairing the home; the client decided to “bump out” the kitchen 4ft. It would have been easier to extend it 400ft! So we gutted the kitchen and gave them an all new kitchen. Gutted the master bath and remodeled it entirely. Then we decided to add on a 20x12 screened-in patio with hand stained T&G ceiling. The ceiling panels and all exterior painting were done by the homeowner!

Starting to get a few phone calls and seeing some post about damage from the storm. A lot of the damage seems to have originated from the winter storm and the hard freeze We got a few weeks ago and now that it has warmed up and is coming a really good rain, water is finding its way through where the ice pushed up shingles and separated, flashing that was not done properly in the past.
