💡Outlook Tip: Add a second time zone to your Outlook calendar by going to Options > Calendar > Time zones and selecting "Show a second time zone".

This time of year, you may be organizing or "Spring Cleaning" your Client’s email inboxes. Here is a tip to visually organize items of most importance: Create multiple inboxes in Gmail to organize the inbox into multiple sections based on the email type.
For example, you could customize it so that all of the “Action Needed” emails are at the top, followed by “Pending,” and then other new emails below. This practice prevents important emails from being lost and assists your Client in prioritizing how they allocate their time.
