Shredded brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, black bean chili, home fries, squash, and zucchini scrambled with eggs and provolone. Wrapped in a warm flour tortilla.
Jack-o-Lantern Waffle 🎃

Due to the bridge collapse near Columbus MT early this morning, our internet provider (Global Net) is experiencing statewide outages. Unfortunately, this means Nova Cafe will only be able to accept payment in cash, check, downtown dollars, or Venmo until the fiber optic connection has been restored. We will keep you updated!

Exciting news, Nova Cafe is under new ownership! Introducing Evan Thorpe and Molly Brewer. Evan and Molly are best friends who met in 2012 while working at a local Bozeman pizza shop and attending MSU.
Evan is a Seattle, WA local who moved to MT for college in 2005 and hasn’t ever left after falling in love with the beauty of Bozeman.
Molly is a Stevensville, MT local who moved to Bozeman for college in 2012. After college, she moved around working in the finance industry, but ultimately couldn’t resist the pull of the treasure state.
Evan and Molly have over 20 years experience in the restaurant industry combined and are so excited for the opportunity to run Nova. They are committed to making delicious, locally sourced food and supporting their staff and community.
Be on the lookout for changes over the next while as they learn, experiment, and grow together with the Nova community ♥️

Dear Nova friends,
It is with sadness but also excitement for what’s to come for this amazing restaurant that I would like to share with you that as of tomorrow, The Nova Cafe will be under new ownership.
These last 3 years have been intense, challenging and, as a restauranteur, an incredible learning opportunity. Since I moved here 18 years ago, I wanted to have a restaurant in Downtown Bozeman and I feel fortunate I got to fulfill that dream. Thank you to all the people who have supported me and made the dream come true. ❤️
I pass on the Nova torch to Molly Brewer & Evan Thorpe, who will continue on the legacy of this incredible little breakfast staple of our town. You got this guys!! 🙌🏻

Welcome to the Nova Cafe - Keeping it local since 2005.

Nova Café is a bright and bustling cafe located in the heart of historic downtown Bozeman with plenty of off-street parking. Nova is locally owned and has been serving up the best breakfast in town since 2005.

Our menu provides traditional diner fare such as pancakes, eggs benedict, and omelettes as well as vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. Nova strives to serve the highest quality, most sustainable ingredients, sourced as close to home as possible.

We make everything from scratch here in our kitchen, the coffee and espresso are roasted right down the street at Rockford Coffee, the bread is baked by Feed Cafe. Meats are raised humanely and locally when possible, and produce is sourced as regionally as our climate allows.
