⚡️I work 1:1 with clients in-person and online to help folks reach their health and wellness goals. This looks a little different for everyone, and I love creating custom programs that are unique to you and your individual needs!
⚡️ I specialize in yoga, personal training and Somatic Experiencing and I use all 3 of these tools to help clients understand and heal their bodies and minds themselves.
⚡️ My goal with each client is to identify and remove any physical or mental roadblocks to movement and fitness so you feel empowered to move on your own. By building your inner resilience, you will notice that you feel stronger, more stable and more present in your daily life.

One of the best parts about traveling? The food! One of the worst parts about traveling? Also the food🤣😬🤤Sometimes you can’t find anywhere that’s open or serves something you want or it takes 2 hours to finally get food because the frier broke or you totally screw up ordering in another language and get something you definitely did not expect…But here are some of the times things worked out for the best and I found some of the most delicious bowls around the island🥗 And you just never know what your going to get- have you ever been served cheese with your coffee before??

4. Went to the dentist even though I reaallly didn’t want to🦷⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
