We're thrilled to be at Sweet Pea Festival this year in Lindley Park. Look for us by the Beer Garden and grab your favorite Signature Dog. We're excited to serve you all at one of Bozeman's largest and oldest events.

All vendors at Sweet Pea donate 10% of their profits to a local non-profit. JD and I have chosen The Table Church as our recipient because we love the community and the work they do.

It was almost a year ago, before Prairie Dogs was even operational, when I ran into the owner of here in Bozeman. She was so encouraging and kind that it left a strong impression. We love Tropical Snow and their team for giving us all a taste of summer and nostalgia. It is amazing to serve alongside so many great vendors, and we are grateful for the community. If you see Tropical Sno anywhere in town, you gotta try that fluffy ICE!

What an unforgettable weekend! We served Prairie Dogs at our first wedding, and it was AMAZING! Locals and out-of-towners came together to celebrate a beautiful couple.

This summer has been a season of many firsts for Prairie Dogs, and we couldn’t be more thrilled. A little U-Haul made our trip to possible.

A huge shout out to and her amazing team for coordinating such a memorable evening. We absolutely love weddings and can't wait to be part of many more. Stay tuned, because HUGE developments are coming... Hint: the Sequoia wasn’t bought for fuel economy 😉

Happy Father's Day. The story of Prairie Dogs cannot be told without highlighting our two families. JD and Josiah, both owners, have families of their own who work together to make a life in Bozeman possible. We are truly a local and family-owned business, with our families playing a crucial role in our success. We are friends who decided to collaborate and build something uniquely different to support our families. When you choose Prairie Dogs, you are supporting our shared dream. We tip our hat to all the other fathers who work hard for their families.

Less than two months after opening Prairie Dogs for the first time, Kelli from the Valley View Rodeo messaged us and gave two Prairie Dog owners the opportunity to vend at the Gallatin County Fairgrounds. It had been on our radar for months, so we were excited for the opportunity and hopeful for record sales. Since the rodeo began, we have been blown away by the support and community. Thank you, Kelli and the teams behind making every Thursday so great!

Find us popped up and ready to serve at the Valley View Rodeo, Thursdays at the Gallatin County Fairgrounds 5:30-9:00pm.

We had the pleasure of serving so many wonderful people this Tuesday at the brand-new Churchill Equipment location on Jackrabbit. The new location is incredibly convenient, and the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Our experience working with this amazing crew, especially in serving dogs, was truly top-notch! We are so excited to share with you our newest Hawaiian-style Prairie Dog. This Summer's "Hang Ten" features juicy grilled pineapple, crunchy purple cabbage, and zesty diced red onion, all drizzled with bold Asian BBQ and creamy sriracha mayo, topped with fresh cilantro for a burst of flavor.

Our Prairie Dog Cart was in an accident and almost damaged beyond repair shortly after we brought it home. I was so devastated that I could not even take a picture of the carnage. With a little creativity and a few bloody fingers, Prairie Dogs had a new look. You can ask me for the full story next time you see us.

It's been a wild ride so far for the business, but we have been enjoying every misstep and mishap. We are now operational, and our little old cart is helping JD and me support our families in Bozeman. Stay tuned for exciting vending opportunities and the growth of Prairie Dogs.

We sold our 1000th Prairie Dog sometime last week. In the hustle of it all, we didn't even notice. A huge thank you to you for helping us hit this amazing milestone. JD and I assembled our Hawaiian-style Dog for a taste test last week. Let me tell you, I believe it will rival the Elote in sales this summer. I knew that Prairie Dogs was what I was supposed to be doing with my best buddy when we packed the back of a Jeep Compass, and everything fit like a game of Tetris. The coolers in their various sizes, the umbrella, and even the sign—it's like it was meant to be. One day, we will outgrow a compact SUV, but until then, we will enjoy the small beginnings.

An amazing weekend with friends, strangers, and celebrities! Prairie Dogs has given us the opportunity to try so many new things. Almost three months in business, and I'm already losing count of the places we've been. Whenever we're out now, people recognize us from a brewery, street vend, or special event. Last night we met a couple who had just discovered they were pregnant. After passing by two food trucks, they decided that Prairie Dogs was exactly what she was craving 🚼! Bozeman's 7th Street was a fun time. Another customer excitedly informed us that she could now check off "Getting a hotdog from a street cart" from her bucket list ✅. So many people, so many great stories. A huge thank you to for inviting us to vend at their trivia night.
