2024 Lentil Table series is all about Montana-grown pulse crops. Our Dancing Lentils will take you away to a different musical and dance time and location. Our menu will also be inspired by the theme.
July 24th is inspired by the music of the 70’s and 80’s! Rock and Roll and Disco. We invite you to dress up in your rocker or disco threads. Kids too!!

This is the reason I do it. Yes, as cliche as it may sound, my love and passion for the ingredients, the farmers and ranchers responsible for growing them, and the process of transforming ingredients into a nourishing meal is why I wake up every morning filled with joy.

Did you know that most of the flowers you find in Costco and the grocery stores come from Colombia? Check out the little labels on the cellophane paper. When flying out of Bogota I was able to see all the greenhouses that spread through the beautiful green Sabana of Bogotá .

If you happen to be in Bogotá, Colombia at the El Dorado airport make sure you stop at Crepes and Waffles, and enjoy one of their succulent soups. My favorite one is of course Timeless Food beluga Lentils coming all the way from Montana to Colombia.
I’ve become a breakfast person in Bogota.
Today is our last day in . You can’t imagine the sense of pride I feel for being in my country of birth representing my Montana. I feel so fortunate and grateful for the opportunity .montana and the for giving me the opportunity. Tomorrow, my cradle, and more family, friends, and lentil love.

I thought I would run the schedule by you so that you see the importance of voting as much as you can up until August.

And then we move to the top 5. Here is the itinerary;
Top 10 (begins June 6th and ends June 13th) – Public voting will help reduce each group to the top ten (10) Competitors.
Top 5 (begin June 13th and end June 20th) – Public voting will help reduce each group to the top five (5) Competitors.
Group Finals (begin June 20th and end
June 27th) – Public voting will help reduce total Competitors to one (1) preliminary winner in each Group Finals group who will then advance to the Quarterfinals.
Wildcard Round (June 28th and ends June 30th) – Competitors who took second (2nd) place in their respective Group Finals group will compete in a shortened round for a chance to advance to the Quarterfinals.
Votes will be reset, and public voting will determine the top one (1) Competitor from each group who will then advance to the Quarterfinals.
Quarterfinals (begin July 1st and end July 11th) – The top Competitors from each Group Finals/Wildcard Round group will be divided into Quarterfinals groups. Votes will be reset, and public voting will determine the top one (1) Quarterfinalist from each group who will then advance to the Semifinals.
Semifinals (begin July 12th and end July 18th) – The top Competitors from each Quarterfinals group will be divided into Semifinals groups. Votes will be reset, and public voting will determine the top one (1) Semifinalist from each group who will then advance to the Finals.
Finals (begin July 19th and end July 25th) – Votes will be reset, and public voting will determine which Finalist will be the winner of the 2024 Favorite Chef Competition (the “People's Choice Grand Prize Winner”). The People's Choice Grand Prize Winner will be announced on or around August 2nd, 2024.
