This rainy weather has me reminiscing on this Glacier adventure with Marlee + Andrew last year. From clouds and fog, rain, and huge thunderstorms- it was wild to shoot in but we made the most of it and had so much fun!

Under the blue mountain skies, surrounded by the love of their friends and families from near and far, Ilona + Andrew said yes to forever. Such a beautiful day in a place that holds their hearts as they embark on this new adventure together!

Some of my favorites of during our shoot on the saddle of Sac. We had been dreaming of this shoot since spring and it was so fun to see it all come together! If you're in need of a facial, Lauren is your girl!

Also, the motorbike was NOT planned but there were some nice guys who let us use them for a few shots 😂

Being a wedding photographer means that I get to witness all of the pretty parts of the day but also all of the real, raw, and vulnerable parts too. The tears, the toasts, the remembrances of those who are no longer with us, the hugs and kisses from family and friends, the quiet moments getting ready, and family traditions. So many small but significant moments that make a day so special ✨

It's wedding day for these two!

Earlier this week we hiked up Sac Peak, where exactly four years earlier they met for the first time. The night was warm and there were barely any cars in the parking lot at the base so it felt like we had the whole mountain to ourselves. They shared their vows just off the saddle and out of the wind as the light made Sac and Pomp Peaks glow. So special to see it all come full circle for these two and can't wait for their wedding today!

These two had such a stunning day and the details were all so beautiful! The love they have for their families was so deeply engrained in the day and I caught myself holding back tears through the ceremony and speeches. A deep sense of connectedness and tradition was woven throughout the day with Native songs during the ceremony and feathers from golden eagles attached to Alexa's bouquet. So special to be part of this day!

Such a special morning with this sweet family! We had so much fun roaming around Hyalite, hiking trails, and exploring new spots.

When Sam mentioned that I had been photographing their family for five years, I couldn't believe it. But it has been such an honor to capture their growing family and kiddos all this time!

What. A. Weekend.

The fun started Friday night at their welcome dinner and didn't stop...ever? It was so special to get to know these two and their families and friends and witness all of the love that everyone poured into this day.

Highlights for me were hearing Easton say 'Wow, amazing, I love you, thank you for being here' about a thousand times as he embraced everyone in hugs. And Mara never stopped smiling and hugging and squealing and showing off all of her friends to everyone!

It's these moments that make wedding days just so magical!

I love a good winter wedding! They don't happen all too often here in Montana, but when they do they are so beautiful. Something about the cold and darkness makes it all just a bit more romantic ✨

Those feelings when you get to run off with your love for just a few minutes and take in the day and the fact for you're ✨married✨ now!

This snowy family session in the heart of the mountains outside of Bozeman was so fun. Time to play, explore, and cherish time together in nature before their return to Florida for the next few months.
