The Results 1st methodology was created and used by Hal Williams for decades across the country. On this day four years ago, Hal and Robyn Faucy officially formed Results 1st, LLC.

Our resource centers in Sulphur Springs, North Greenwood and Campbell Park are coming back to life. The resource centers have case workers who can help people manage their FEMA applications. We ended last week on a high note as we wrapped up our work with the Second Heart Homes team!!
The organization is led by difference-maker Megan Howell who led us in an origami activity to create paper hearts in Results 1st blue. 💙
This team comprised of staff, Board members, and volunteers designed and activated their Results Framework over the past 4 months. The team is equipped with tools to increase gains for those they serve.
