Good morning. today I am having a breakfast of fried egg, asparagus, and olive tapenade. it is nestled in a high fiber wrap. I am having a yellow Bartlett pair as well. It is accompanied by a cup of black coffee.
The egg is for bodybuilding, tissue replacement and repair. The asparagus has many things, including: vitamin K for blood, clotting, vitamin C for the immune system, vitamin A for complexion and vision, B vitamins for nervous system, health and energy endurance, vitamin E for antioxidant value, folic acid for cell growth and development and insulin, a fiber that promotes gut health. The pears are good source of vitamins C and K, as well as fiber for digestive health.

Yesterday, we were at a Saint Augustine winery. Here is some chocolate in a glass of premium red wine. It would be really good if it were warm wine.
On Veterans Day, we went to the west Mifflin, Pennsylvania, Texas roadhouse. We had a great veterans lunch. I ate the salad and took the burger home for later even though the whole thing was very inviting, I discarded the bun and ate the rest, which was the meat and the vegetables,
Texas Road House did a great job of honoring all the veterans. Thank you.

Last week, I was in charge of the food for a Rhône wine tasting at the Pittsburgh East, chapter of the American Wine Society. We served food that is healthy and tasty. Examples are: baby Bella mushrooms and walnuts for brain health, beets for nitric oxide that helps with blood circulation and focus as well as strawberries that help protect the skin from oxidative stress, and aging.

After walking and I’m going to the gym today, it was time for an appetizing, nutritious lunch.
Lunch today consisted of a tostada style, scrambled egg with cottage cheese, dill, sea salt, fresh ground pepper, and butter.
It was accompanied by warm, bruschetta, consisting of fresh, peeled and deseeded tomatoes, fresh garlic, and fresh basil.
The tortilla on which the egg sat contained 13 g of fiber that canceled out the 13 g of carbohydrate in the tortilla; therefore, it was like a get out of jail, free experience.

The tortilla came from L’oven Fresh

This is a Clean Out the Refrigerator Omelette. In the sauté pan are: carrots, zucchini, and garlic.

Zucchini, contributes, fiber; carrots, contribute fiber, and vitamin A for skin and visual health and garlic helps prevent dementia and supports the cardiovascular system.
This morning I needed to have something good to go with my black coffee.
I prepared a Denver style, fried egg and vegetable dish. It consisted of sautéed green onions, grated zucchini, red, yellow, and orange peppers, Cremini, mushrooms, a cage, free egg, cherry, salsa, sour cream and cilantro.
It was quick, attractive and tasty, as well as being full of fiber and nutrition.
The eggs and vegetables were held together by a high fiber tortilla wrap that had 7 g of carbohydrate, and 9 g of fiber.
It was an enjoyable way to start my day, and it certainly boosted the pleasure of my black coffee.
Last night I attended the Pittsburgh Wine society. It was a national tasting, meaning that all the chapters in the American Wine Society taste and evaluate the same wine.
This year it is Rhône wines. The meeting was presented by the CHAPTER chair, Santina Balestreire.

This morning I prepared a little tortilla wrap that was left from the day before. I am vanished it with some sour cream and had it with some black coffee. There are three videos floating around here somewhere each one has some comments I’ll be interested in hearing what you have to say about it.
It involves a leftover tortilla wrap, and embellishment with sour cream, and a cup of black coffee.
Here is my breakfast after I have microwaved it, slipped it on a new plate, and added a sour cream sauce.
This is part of a larger post. At least I am trying to make it that way.

Good morning. Yesterday I had the other half of this breakfast wrap. I only had half, because I did not want it to wipe me down.
