Graber and the Manatee-Sarasota BIA kicked off the Fall season with an amazing Oktoberfest celebration! With silly photo ops, delicious treats, and a tour of our brand new 40,000 square foot manufacturing plant, it was an event to remember!

Job Description:
Graber Cabinets has been designing and creating quality semi-custom and custom cabinetry for over 50 years in Sarasota & Manatee counties. We combine state-of-the-art CNC equipment and technology with the highest quality materials and artisanship to provide our customers with beautiful and functional cabinetry. Our customer experience from concept and design to completion is second to none as we work with each client to create their one-of-a-kind custom cabinetry. Our team provides exceptional attention to detail, with a high degree of skill, professionalism, and partisanship.

We are looking for experienced cabinet makers to join our team at our Bradenton manufacturing facility. You must be able to lift 75 pounds.

The ideal candidate must:
-Have experience in building high-quality cabinets
-Be well organized -Insist on high-quality standards
-Be able to work without supervision in a fast-paced environment while meeting high expectations
-Be able to lift and carry the weight of cabinetry and associated tools and products
-Be reliable, honesty, dependable, and high level of integrity
-Be safety consciousness

We offer competitive wages, paid vacation, and insurance benefits.

Salary: $45,000 - $70,000 a year

Qualifications:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Project management: 1 year (Preferred)
- US work authorization (Preferred)

Job Description:
- Cabinet project/account management. - - Oversee and document all aspects of a project serving the needs of the customer/builder.
- Utilize and uphold established processes to make sure the scope and direction of each project are on schedule and tracking for successful completion.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and layout jobs on-site with the contractor/builder/customer
- Create and maintain project schedules with customers and installers to ensure successful completion
- Coordinate with sales, production, and purchasing to make sure the project is on schedule and all materials are ordered
- Ensure projects progress as planned, complete on time, and finish according to quality standards
- Bridge the gap between departments; ensure communication is thorough so projects stay on course
- Create a punch list and coordinate with the installer, shop manager, and customer to bring the project to a close
- Ensure cabinetry installation meets the high-quality standards of the company
- Communicate concerns with upper management that could potentially impact clients
- Work with management team to develop and maintain like processes
- Cultivate existing relationships and discern opportunities for new business
- Utilize established processes and organizational systems

Qualifications:
- Strong people skills and leadership capabilities
- Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Project Management Professional
- Certification and/or college degree preferred
- Manufacturing and/or Cabinetry experience preferred
