We had an absolutely fantastic time celebrating Engineers Week last week at Top Golf! 🎉 Our talented team came together for an afternoon filled with fun, friendly competition, and camaraderie. From swinging clubs to sinking shots, it was a thrilling experience for everyone involved.

Going vertical! ZNS has the pleasure of performing construction layout for the new 13-story apartments, Nine20 Manatee, in downtown Bradenton!

From conceptualization to reality, ZNS Engineers specialize in making ideas come alive. Explore our ongoing work at Prosperity Lakes, a carefully planned multi-phase development encompassing active adult and traditional active communities. Our commitment extends to preserving wetlands and meticulously designing infrastructure and roads, ensuring a harmonious blend of progress and nature.

Dive into Prosperity Lakes, where ZNS Engineering's Landscape Architecture Team innovative touch has shaped two remarkable pools that redefine relaxation and recreation. Our design mastery takes center stage in this thriving community, spanning 1,129 acres of Parrish, FL. Nestled amidst 267 acres of open space and 8.8 acres of tranquil lakes, Prosperity Lakes is a living testament to our dedication. Picture yourself basking in the sun at the Traditional, Multi Family Amenity Center, where a rectilinear pool adorned with zero-entry, bubble-up jets, and deck jets sets the scene for ultimate rejuvenation.
This is just the beginning. We've brought your imagination to life with grand slides, island viewing areas for both parents and children, charming cheekee huts, and inviting hammocks. But that's not all—our involvement extends to crafting an array of recreational amenities, from sports courts to inviting monuments that become a testament to community unity. Stay tuned as we unravel more about our transformative work at Prosperity Lakes, leaving you yearning for more design marvels yet to be unveiled.

The ZNS Landscape Architects have done it again!
They teamed up with the City's Engineering consultant to select plantings aimed at beautifying a high-traffic downtown intersection along the Gulf beaches. The intersection was not only redesigned to better manage traffic flow through the bustling downtown but also to elevate roadway grades and direct hurricane storm surge water away from flooding roadways into bio-swale retention areas. The chosen plant species offer a variety of colors and textures that enhance the downtown area and provide better views of the nearby marina. These plants were specifically selected to tolerate high salt and extreme heat conditions in an urban environment. We will revisit to observe their establishment after the next storm. And, by the way, the manatees swimming in the marina seem to be enjoying the new improvements.
Plant Species Selected: Sabal Palm Trees, Silver buttonwood, Coontie, Green Island Ficus,
Spartina Cordgrass, Dwarf Fakahatchee Grass, Dwarf Oleander, Firecracker Plant and Blanketflower.
