We are a deed restricted community of 111 homes in Bradenton, Florida. We are a family friendly community with an emphasis on owner-occupied homes.
We are also a criminal background check community. In 2008, as a cost saving measure, we became a self-managed association. Members of the Board of Directors currently include a CAM (Community Association Manager) license holder. All Board members are residents of the community.
Arbitration Committee this Tuesday March 8th, 2022 at 7 PM prior to Monthly Meeting.
The Board thanks our VP, Ken Corbo for over a decade of volunteer service as he retires & leaves our community. We wish Ken & Linda happiness in their retirement!
At our February Meeting the Board will reorganize by appointing our At-Large Member Mr. Cornelius Flewellen to fill Ken's unexpired term of office.
Mr. David Steinbrenber will be appointed to the unexpired term of Member at-large.
There will also be a Grievance Committee hearing preceeding the Regular Monthly Meeting.
