I often get asked what it looks like to work with me as a travel advisor. So, thought I'd share a snapshot of the proposal I sent to a client today with our new software!

After lots of research with trusted suppliers, I narrowed it down to the four best options and now they get the fun of deciding which one they like best! All while coming in less than they could find on their own! Take a look at their Puerto Vallarta and Guanacaste options!

We recently stayed at the Marriott Lakeshore Reserve Orlando with the girls and some friends. I HIGHLY recommend if you are looking for more space at a hotel. They have 2 and 3 bedroom villas that are gorgeous along with a huge pool, lazy river and waterslides. We even had a washer and dryer in our villa! AND you can use the new waterpark at the JW Marriott for a small fee (shares property with the JW and Ritz).

We get discounted rates at Costa Rica's best resorts! So excited for my clients to experience The Springs in September!

Wanting to escape to the Caribbean this summer or fall but not worry about hurricanes? Aruba, Curacao and Bonaire are great options south of the hurricane belt. Found great pricing for a client this week looking for an upscale all-inclusive in Curacao!

Clients recently returned from Dreams Macao Beach Punta Cana and loved it! This is a great all-inclusive for families and their 2 bedroom villa provides lots of space (and your own pool)!

Aaron and I recently celebrated our 20th anniversary in Costa Rica! Such a beautiful country with many different areas to visit. We split our time between Uvita (about an hour south of Manuel Antonio) and La Fortuna. It's only a 3 1/2 hour non-stop flight from Orlando- super easy international travel. Our family just returned from a 7-night cruise on the Carnival Mardi Gras. I was skeptical of Carnival since we've always cruised on more luxurious cruise lines but I was pleasantly surprised by the Mardi Gras!

PROS-Built in 2021, the ship still feels pretty new and our balcony stateroom was just as nice as on other ships (and tons of storage!). I was most surprised by the food options. Guy's Burgers and Shaq's Big Chicken were a huge hit for all of the family and we could stay in our swimsuits for lunch! Lido Marketplace buffet and main dining was not as impressive but we did enjoy the option to visit the Italian and Mexican restaurant once each without charge. The kids also loved all of the fun entertainment on the ship including multiple water slides, ropes course (no extra fee), arcade (we won't mention how much money we threw away here!), Bolt rollercoaster ($15/ride), scavenger hunts, Deal or No Deal show, Family Feud show, magic shows, PG comedy shows... Most adult shows started after 9pm.

CONS-With 6500 passengers, the ship definitely felt crowded, especially mid-day at the waterslides and at each of the five pools. We learned to head back to our cabin and enjoy some peace and quiet on the balcony (highly recommend a balcony to retreat to on any cruise!) in the afternoon and return to the slides etc between 5-8pm. Also, the ship felt pretty closed in on most decks, even in the main dining room. I like the main dining room to feel grand and this one just didn't. Although food was good in the other restaurants, it was just average in main dining and the buffet.

Overall, would I sail Carnival again? Yes! If it was a newer ship with lots to offer for the kids. That said, I would still pick Royal Caribbean or Disney for a family cruise 🙂
