I am so grateful to have the opportunity to work with AnnaMaria Mascherino Carleton and her Childcare Apprenticeship students . We even had a lockdown drill during our training. These wonderful students are now PEARLS educated, prepared and ready to protect the precious little ones that they will care for everyday🌟.

This. Is. Big! Hits home for me! Yesterday we began Project EDGE (Empower Develop Grow and Educate) at MTC with our first 10 students. This has been in the works for a couple years and it’s here! These students will get certified in their respective fields and get out into the workforce to enjoy a happy and fulfilled life! Thank you Dawn Giddens, Doug Wagner, Jason Wysong, and all involved to make this happen!

Happy 14th Work Anniversary, Amanda Reedy!

Join us in celebrating Amanda's 14 incredible years with Oysters Rock Hospitality! Amanda's journey began in 2010 at Anna Maria Oyster Bar Landside. While still in high school, Amanda completed dual enrollment at Manatee Technical Institute (now Manatee Technical College) and earned her AS in Hospitality Management. Starting as a server, she quickly worked her way up to manager, gaining experience at our three original locations: Landside, Cortez, and Ellenton. Amanda was also part of the Anna Maria Oyster Bar on the Pier opening management team, where she worked until 2021. Now thriving in Accounts Payable at our Home Office, Amanda continues to shine.

ASE Education Foundation Congratulates SkillsUSA Medalists from ASE-Accredited Schools Students from ASE-accredited programs were among the champions at the recent SkillsUSA competition held last month in Atlanta, Ga.

MTC is closed today, Monday, August 5th due to the storm. We will reopen at 730am, Tuesday, August 6th for the first day of class. Please stay safe.
