OATs so good! Shall we try something tasty! When you soak oats overnight, it's almost like you're cooking them, but the process is much longer and slower, and it's done without heat. Soaking helps the starches break down and reduces the natural phytic acid, which may help your body utilize the oats' nutrients much more efficiently.

Oats are loaded with fiber, protein, magnesium, potassium, and omega 3 fatty acids, among other things. Plus, oats don’t contain added sugar if you read the labels and avoid certain instant varieties. They also can be eaten different ways, making them one versatile power food. Whether topped with peanut butter, banana and maple syrup or fresh fruit, vanilla and cinnamon, there are endless creative ways to enjoy oats as a satisfying breakfast.

Let’s take it to next level overnight oat with delicious nutrition

Overnight Oat with F1
A nourishing breakfast is a great way to stay focused
✔ Try this F1 Banana Cream & Almond Overnight Oats recipe for a brilliant start to the day 👍

Serves: 1
Prep time: 5 minutes, plus overnight chilling
Ingredients:

For the overnight oats:
1 tbsp Herbalife Formula 1 Banana Cream
40g rolled oats
½ tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp almond butter
½ tsp vanilla extract
100ml almond milk
Toppings (optional):
½ tbsp almond butter
½ tbsp chopped almonds
½ banana, sliced
Blueberries

Method:
Combine all the overnight oats ingredients together in a jar and mix. Cover and place in the fridge overnight.
To serve, remove from the fridge and add your toppings.

Carbohydrate 55.9g
Sugars 15g

Lets talk about power of mind! HOW POWERFUL MIND can be!

Your brain is kind of a big deal. As the control center of your body, it’s in charge of keeping your heart beating and lungs breathing and allowing you to move, feel, and think.

That’s why it’s a good idea to keep your brain in peak working condition.

The foods you eat play a role in keeping your brain healthy and can improve specific mental tasks, such as memory and concentration.

Don’t underestimate the power of your mind. Your mind is an incredible tool that generates your reality. Notice other people’s beliefs and behaviors and notice their current situation. I’m sure you’ll see a correlation there. People who believe they’re old will look and behave much older than those who stay young in their mind. People who are addicted to complaining won’t find happiness and peace until they stop this destructive habit.

It is impossible to create a great life for yourself if your mind keeps broadcasting the exact opposite. It’s important to train your mind the same way you train your body. The best way to do that is to change your perspective and start seeing the beauty in everything.

Start believing in yourself and your capabilities. Have faith that you’ll always have the guidance you need. If you can train your mind to be in this state for the majority of the day, every day, you’ll start to see “miracles” happening. ⁣

Why not start today?

Sometimes you have to look further ahead to make the right choice today. Do you ever stop and think about who do you want to be? What do you really want to do? No matter where you’re at now, you can always transforms yourself and your life. You have always options, you’re not stuck, you just have to be resourceful and tap into your creativity. This is what I tell myself whenever I feel stuck. It works!

Idk about you but I loveeeee my snack time and love nutrition packed options with it.

It is the season; Pumpkin spice protein balls 🎃

🍁 1 cup Formula 1 pumpkin spice
🍁 1/2 cup rolled oats
🍁 1/2 cup honey
🍁 1/2 cup chunky or all natural peanut butter
🍁 Water until desired consistency (add and stir in slowly so you don't add too much)

---- MIX IN OPTIONS ----
🍁 Dark Chocolate Mini Chocolate Chips
🍁Chopped walnuts
🍁Chia seeds or anything you love 💕

When do I get to eat or how much do I get to eat these delicious treats!

Between meals simple snacks can help so much to balance your day. When you eat small meals every few hours, it helps keep your blood sugar levels more stable throughout the day. This is important since dips in your blood sugar can cause your hunger to spike. Even if you think a smaller amount of food won’t be enough to hold you, the knowledge that you’ll be eating again in just a few hours often makes it easier to manage your hunger. Two bites will be perfect to fill you up and help@you enjoy the servings.

Here are 10 more ideas for healthy snacking:

Watery fruits such as melon and berries with string cheese
A carton of yogurt
Turkey jerky (a good source of protein and helps replace sodium losses that occur through sweating) plus fruit
Protein bars made with nuts, fruits, seeds, and little added sugar
Half a turkey sandwich on whole-grain bread
Hummus with baby carrots
Mixed nuts
Apple slices with peanut butter
Celery sticks
Air-popped popcorn

You have to be consistent. I know what you are thinking but I have a plan for you.

Simply only 15 to 20 minutes every day, not just 2 or 3 times a week, as you’ll find with other programs. And / But, it also doesn't have to be several hours at a time, either which I found myself walk away if it took longer time.

With simplifying “I believe” the key to success is the HABIT of daily consistency, with short, intentional productive actions / workouts, according to your ability level (teach yourself to get better each day)
