The idea for our custom-design business started from a spirited conversation as two long-time friends expressed frustration that we couldn't find what we wanted in the marketplace. That frustration sparked our desire to design and produce a limited selection of quality items. Our first venture was an innovative dog bandana and then we added customized pillows and themed clocks. r line of products to make your life a personal expression of of what you love and brings you joy. The inspiration for DragonFly Designs began when we were growing up in New Orleans. We're cousins who spent countless hours playing outdoors and interacting with nature. One of our favorite pastimes was watching dragonflies, which we called mosquito hawks. They were captivating with their transparent wings, beautiful colors and agile movements. They instilled in us curiosity, a love of textures and coloration and an appreciation of nature. Those memories planted the seeds for DragonFly Designs. As we reached adulthood and our careers took us in different directions, we stayed in touch and reminisced of how those childhood memories shaped our lives. It seemed only natural to name our business after those inspiring and beautiful creatures that helped shape who we are today. Our business was founded on the principles of providing natural, safe and quality items that are produced in the United States. With the foundation of an art degree, years of design, project and business management experience and a passion for what we do, we commit to doing our best to work with you to design and provide products you will enjoy and customer service to ensure a smooth experience.
