Last week's Spaghetti Squash & Tomato "Cream" Chickpea Sauce!
Roasted spaghetti squash, simmered homemade tomato sauce with sprouted chickpeas, cashew cream and fresh basil. Topped with grated activated Brazil nut and more basil 🥰
This was perfect! A healthier, whole foods take on vodka sauce with all the flavor, loads more fiber and much more nutrient dense❤️

URGENT‼️ Manatee Shelter is overloaded with dogs. As temps soar into the 90s this week, there are some dogs confined to outdoor kennels.

NO MORE A/C INSIDE SPACE AVAIL.

ONCE AGAIN we are BEGGING for help for the animals that are so hot at times that they don't even care to go out for a walk.

The community was told there would be new kennels build on the Bishop property, they would take "6 months" to build. That was in April 2023. IT'S TIME!

Meanwhile while the community and the animals wait for help we are BEGGING for FOSTERS.

People who have some room in their home to offer a dog some relief, PLEASE CONSIDER FOSTERING for whatever amount of time works for you.

This week's Creamy Tomato Chickpea Stew!

This came out delicious, lots of tomatoes, plus the simmered homemade tomato sauce, sprouted chickpeas, celery, carrots, onion, peppers, garlic, basil cashew cream and lemon. 😋

Italian Loaded Baked Potato! Pretty big! Sautéed bitter greens, baked russet potato, loaded with sautéed mixture of sprouted lentils, onions, garlic, summer squash, peppers, sundried tomato, basil and parsley, topped with way too much cashew cream and sprinkled with h**p seeds!
