PROJECT HIGHLIGHT! Take a look at Pirate City - Strength and Conditioning Facility. The Pittsburgh Pirates Strength and Conditioning facility project consists of 12,300 SF Pre-Engineered Metal Building with a 1,000 SF exercise mezzanine. This was such an AMAZING project to be a part of!

BUILDING GREATNESS at SkyWay Lofts, a vibrant 65-unit affordable apartment community located in the Skyway Marina District south of St. Pete. This project encompasses two four-story buildings offering a mix of one and two-bedroom units. We were thrilled to play a role in the ongoing mission to get it done within our South Florida communities!

This 1.5-mile gem in Downtown Bradenton is a true showpiece, boasting a plethora of amenities like a kayak launch, event lawn, fishing pier, butterfly garden, day docks, and an enhanced bridge under walk. Whether you're a local or just passing through, the Riverwalk is the perfect outdoor gathering place to enjoy the brisk morning air and all it has to offer.

Did you know? We fully renovated Florida Studio Theatre's nearly century-old Gompertz Theatre, preserving the exterior walls and roof. The project included structural remediation, new foundations, flooring, and interior upgrades like a production booth, seating risers, lighting systems, and finishes. Proud to be BUILDING GREATNESS!
