✨ Meet Shelby! ✨ As our Onboarding Director, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and Nationally Certified Counselor, Shelby is dedicated to diversity and inclusion, welcoming clients from all backgrounds.

Shelby will be the first person you connect with at Heal as You Grow, working to match each client with the best therapist for them. She believes in a personalized approach to therapy for everyone. Alongside her role in onboarding, Shelby also is a therapist providing a supportive and nonjudgmental space for healing.

A South Shore native, Shelby an extrovert who thrives on social interactions and cherishes a good sense of humor. Let the laughter begin!

We’ve created a space that’s all about comfort and calm. From the cozy seating to the thoughtful decor, every detail is meant to make you feel at ease. Plus, each room at Heal as You Grow comes with a weighted stuffed animal! These can provide a sense of security, help reduce anxiety, and offer a comforting presence during sessions. Even if you’re not one to reach for stuffed animals, you’d be surprised at how soothing they can be!
