Some people assume we only design and develop projects that are $50-150k… that is not the case. The majority of our clients have us help them with projects that range between $10-25k… we’re just blessed to also have opportunities to design and build larger scale projects as well.

Here’s a few images showing you our most recent design + build project in Bay Estates at Mirabay. Client wanted a Mediterranean style landscape and lighting package that would compliment the architectural style of their home and their love for the Mediterranean region of the world.

Some of the key elements used in this new signature project included: Medjool Date Palms, Bismarck Palms, European Fan Palms, European Olive Trees, Italian Cypress, Brodie Junipers, Variegated Calypso Oleander, Seminole Pink Hibiscus Standards, Formosa Azalea, Blue Agave, Vriecantarea Juliet, Alcantarea Odorata, African and Apostle Irises, Thryallis, Sunshine Ligs, Barbara Karst and Helen Johnson Bougainvillea, Sun Patiens, a majestic 3 tiered fountain wrapped with almost 20 yards of River Rock and a dozen various sizes Native Florida Caprock Boulders. All finished with a solid brass lighting package that included over 115 fixtures.

MEDITERRANEAN: As most of you know … As a artist who’s blessed to live in the sunshine state… I love designing tropical gardens, Mediterranean gardens and hybrids that combine them. The thought of designing a new Medi x Tropical project gets me stoked every time. This project will be the first of many in the coming years within the MiraBay development in Apollo Beach.

𝐂𝐇𝐑𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐌𝐀𝐒 𝐈𝐍 𝐅𝐋𝐎𝐑𝐈𝐃𝐀: Today I had the pleasure of viewing this former Fishhawk Preserve design + build project following a meeting with a new client. This is one of those landscape builds that just continues to get more and more beautiful as the years progress. Man do I love the beauty of Florida in the cool winter months.

MEDITERRANEAN VIBES: This project was as much fun for us to build as it was to design. Love the vibrant fuchsia ‘Calypso’ Nerium oleander blooms against the cool tones of the Phoenix sylvestris and ‘Gainesville Blue’ Agave tequilana.

This client had a gorgeous new custom home constructed in South Tampa, but was extremely disappointed with the builder’s “luxury landscape package” and that all of the passing auto and foot traffic could look straight into their double solid glass front doors. Swipe left to go back in time… then swipe back to the right again. From first day I visited the home… to the design concept provided to our client and back again to the first photo after we finished the install. I can’t wait to reveal the evening and backyard photos.

It has been almost 1 year since we had completed Phase 1 of this complete property remodel in Buckhorn. The new pool is almost finished now and we are scheduled to begin our final phase of this total property design + build sometime in August.

DRY CREEK: Not sure about the rest of our peers here in Florida… but we’ve been getting hammered with requests for drainage solutions due to all the recent ☔️ and 🌀 activity. Here’s an idea we created this past week for a backyard transformation project we’re working on that includes a new raised patio, dry creek and a killer tropical oasis using the new 3D plant library.

Immediate landscape and maintenance position available for a DRIVER with VALID FL DL with an award winning small business that is looking for long-term employees to grow and be part of our team. We are seeking individuals who have experience and know how to properly operate hand tools such as gas powered hedge trimmers and line trimmers. It's fairly easy to operate these pieces of equipment, but it takes trained eye-hand coordination to properly trim large hedge rows and to line trim a property without creating dips in a hedge or scalping the perimeter or areas within a lawn.

We take our work very seriously, even something as simple as maintenance, and we're looking for someone that takes ownership of what they do, has the drive to excel, and would like to be part of a rapidly growing team of professionals. If you invest in us, we will invest in you...

Position Details:
+ Immediate opening for driver position (2018 Ford F550 pulling a 20 ft Enclosed Trailer)
+ Includes residential and commercial maintenance 2 days per week and 3-4 days of landscape & lighting installation.
+ Full Time M-F and occasional work on Saturdays
+ Starting $16-18 per hour with increase potential based on performance, abilities, attitude, and experience. If you have extensive experience with irrigation installation/repairs, in depth knowledge of our local horticulture and landscape lighting installation you may qualify for a higher starting pay.

Requirements:
+ Must have valid Florida driver's license.
+ Must have positive attitude and strong work ethic
+ Must have reliable transportation and active telephone
+ Willingness to take ownership of work

+ Ability to work in high heat and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
