Job Description
We are looking for outgoing and energetic professionals that are ready to earn. BERRONG maintains a high cultural standard for our associates. The Roofing Sales Professional position has the opportunity to generate leads, close deals, and manage projects from start to finish while receiving daily support from our production and estimating departments. Our training program consists of a hybrid approach of classroom education and hands-on training in the field. The BERRONG process is built to identify and handle obstacles before they turn into problems and to handle any situation that may be encountered. You will be trained on everything from prospecting, lead generation, property inspections, roofing products, installation logistics, financing strategy, and overall keys to becoming a successful sales professional.
