January 14, 2020. I knew 2020 was going to suck. That's the night we lost Piper to a potato chip bag. PLEASE cut up your chip, cereal, food bags. Really, just cut all the bags. You truly can not imagine the pain of losing a pet this way. Take a look at and see just how prevalent this is. Our girl may have left our house 4 years ago, but she is very deeply rooted into our souls. There will NEVER be another Piper. We STILL love you baby girl. 💔🐹

Had a closing today with in the building I worked in 34 years ago, as a travel agent. Lots of great memories came back, as well as a great sense of calm and accomplishment at where I am now. Where we are now. That time in my life was fun and important to bringing me where I am now. Where WE are now.
It was good to go back. It's even better to be with my tribe. My team. My friend who is family and my family who is my friend. girls stick together.

Don't fall for the exaggerated drama of the "guaranteed offer" commercials.
Days on market counts the time from which you've stopped showings while you finish negotiating one of the multiple offers you've received. 6 days is ridiculously fast!
You worked hard to build equity. Don't give it away or leave it on the table out of fear. You need exposure to the market to know what your best price really is.
