Kristin’s Bio:

From being a stay-at-home mom to event planner to Real Estate Agent EXTRAORDINAIRE! Whether you’re looking for a home to raise your family in or aren’t sure where to begin, my passion is to help people find their dream home. Listing homes and providing exceptional care throughout the entire selling process are also passions of mine.

As a newer agent, I bring a fresh perspective and will make you my priority. I treat all of my clients with the same southern hospitality and charm as I do my own family, making every transaction as easy and stress free as possible. I pride myself in being extremely knowledgeable in my market including Barrow, Walton, Jackson, and Oconee, and surrounding counties. And if you’re looking outside of these areas, I’m here to help as well!

When I’m not working, some of the things my family can commonly be found doing are indoor rock-climbing, taking road-trips, hiking in North Georgia, touring North Georgia Wine Country, and watching Atlanta United FC. No matter what you and your family like to do in your spare time, I will know where we should start looking for a home-base that meets your family’s needs and interests. My goal is to find your dream home, and part of a dream home is proximity to those places that matter to you.

Rich’s Bio:

After serving in the military for 15 years as a Blackhawk Crew Chief and running a non-profit foundation to help soldiers re-integrate back into society after deployments, I know what it means to take care of people. I bring that same level of care to all of my clients. Whether you need a home to raise your family in, or aren’t sure where to begin looking, my passion is to help people find their dream home!

I’m a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors, and the Walton Barrow Board of Realtors. I service all of the surrounding areas of Barrow County and can travel anywhere within Georgia that is calling you home. I also have my South Carolina license, so if you’ve ever dreamed of a home on Lake Hartwell, I’m your agent!
