Emily takes the time to ensure she establishes a strong rapport with her clients. She creates therapeutic activities that are engaging and individualized. Emily also has innovative ideas for collaborating with each member of her clients' interdisciplinary teams. We are so happy to have her on our team!
8 years ago, I opened the first brick & mortar RNH location. It was a one woman operation and I had 2 clients out the gate. Less than 1 year later, I had 30. I never could have envisioned RNH today, but I followed the needs of the families I served and we grew to support those needs. It is an honor to provide much needed services to children where their needs are our priority and parents are an integral part of the team. Thank you to the families who trusted us with their children, to the staff who shared my vision, and to my family and friends for always supporting me in my efforts.
I post this every Easter because it makes me giggle. Have a Happy Easter with your beautiful families.

Gina came to us looking for the opportunity to gain experience and knowledge in ABA and has thrived ever since her first day! She is a phenomenal therapist and employee. Gina is the first to offer help and step in where needed. We look forward to continuing to watch her grow in this field and positively change the lives of her clients and their families!

We had an INCREDIBLE RNH Holiday Party Friday night at Opal on Pearl. Thank you to Tony and staff for incredible food, service and atmosphere. It was perfect!
These staff group pics, however, are not perfect! We either were missing people or people weren't looking or my head was tilted. But here we are, in our imperfect perfection! I am beyond grateful for every amazing woman in this picture!
Every December I treat my staff to a fun and fancy Holiday Party. This picture is from 5 years ago at the penthouse at The Bingham. Do you recognize anyone? Five of us are still at RNH!!!!! Tonight is our 2023 party with 50 guests. So grateful to have the best team!!!!!
Happy Thanksgiving to the amazing RNH families and staff. Grateful is an understatement. Thank you for your loyalty, dedication, and belief in the vision.

Our Story
Reaching New Heights offers one on one and group speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, and now ABA therapy in a kid friendly setting where family involvement is welcomed and encouraged! The philosophy at Reaching New Heights is child first. We will meet your child where he or she is right now. We will develop a treatment plan based on your child's strengths and weaknesses as well as likes and dislikes. Our goal is the same as yours - to help your child reach his or her true potential. Every child is unique and every child's needs are different. It is important that therapy be motivating, engaging and FUN so your child is an active participant and wants to come to the sessions.
The clients will benefit from individually designed therapy based on an initial evaluation. This therapy can be a supplement to services provided in school or as an option for children who are not receiving school services. Additionally, Reaching New Heights offers various group sessions including social skills, kindergarten readiness, sensory, literacy, and adapted dance.
~WHAT DOES AN INITIAL EVALUATION LOOK LIKE?
After you make an appointment for your child to have an initial evaluation, a short questionnaire will be e-mailed to you. Based on your concerns, formal and informal assessment tools will be selected to evaluate your child’s speech and language skills. The assessment tools could range from something as formal as standardized tests to something as informal as observing your child interacting with you. The results will be analyzed and provided to you in an evaluation report. Based on the assessment, an individualized plan of therapy will be developed and presented to you for approval.
~WHAT DOES A THERAPY SESSION LOOK LIKE?
The typical session is 30 -45 minutes for speech, 30 - 60 for OT, and varies greatly for ABA. Consultation time is included at the beginning and end of the session. The parents or caregivers are more than welcome to stay during the session and, if they choose, to observe or participate. The therapeutic methodologies and materials will vary based on the child’s individual strengths and weaknesses as well as their interests. The therapy will be evidence based and will be designed to make the biggest impact in the shortest amount of time. At Reaching New Heights, the approach is eclectic, drawing from diverse theories and methods to develop a specialized means of treating each child as a unique individual. As a multi-disciplinary center, the whole child can be treated by a collaborative team.
