Sweeney's Country Style Meats

This Sunday is Fathers Day. We have been preparing so many goodies. Steaks are always a great idea. We have those amazing T-bones and Porterhouse. Aged to perfection. Rib Eyes and Chateaubriands are always a hit also.
We’ve been smoking Sweeney Ribs and Turkey Legs. Seasoned and ready to cook.
Brunch is so much fun when you have our delicious Smoked Chops, Shoulder Bacon and or Slab Bacon. The sausages are endless that we have made. Apple Links, Country Links, Bratwurst, Chorizo and Bockwurst. And we do have our Smoked Sausages. Fully cooked. Great on the BBQ. Good as a appetizer. Speaking of appetizers our Smoked Salmon is wonderful.

So happy to tell you all about the goodies that we have prepared for your holiday. Our famous Smoked Hams are ready for pick up. Bone in and Boneless are available. If you enjoy Fresh Leg of Lamb we have that ready also. Prime Rib is also ready, nice and aged to perfection.
If your making a breakfast or brunch we will have our Smoked Boneless Pork Chops, Slab and Shoulder Bacon. If you haven’t tried our Country Sausage it’s a must especially if your making Biscuits and Gravy. We also make Little Pigs. Something different we have Fresh Brats and Apple Links. Something really different is Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict. We have so many things for you to enjoy.

We are already for St. Paddy’s Day here at Sweeney’s. Our famous Corned Beef is ready. Aged in our special brine recipe. Comes with cooking recipe and seasonings. We are so excited we made our Irish Bangers. So delicious and goes so well with the Corned Beef. We also made our Grd. Lamb, Elk, Buffalo and Grd. Beef for your Shepherds Pies. So good.
We also have amazing snacks and breakfast items. Sweeney bacon and our homemade sausages. Smoked Pork Chops and Ham Steaks.

Oh my gosh. We have so much going on making goodies between Super Bowl and Valentines Day we are so busy. We have very lean pork shoulders for sale and our delicious aged steaks. Porterhouse and T-bones are amazing. Aged to perfection. If you want a special thickness on your steak please call and we can help you with it. Super Bowl Sunday🎉🎉time to get your snacks. Just got our Smoked Ribs and Turkey Legs out of the smoker. Ready for pick up. Oh my gosh all the Sausages are ready to go also. You know those Jalapeño Cheese Brats are the best. Delicious cooked and ready for your party. Mild Sausages like German and Sweeney Dogs are awesome. There is Hoties for the people that like spice. We have made our famous Grd. Beef Patties. They are so delicious and lean. Quarter pounder’s. This is for the Dad’s that love there steaks. We just cut some amazing Porterhouse and T-bones. They are aged and tender. There going fast, please place your order now. We also have our famous Rib Eyes and New York’s. For the ones that like a good Brisket or Tri- Tip we also have some nice aged and lean ones for you.
We smoked our very large Turkey legs and seasoned Pork Ribs also. So yummy. Smoked whole Turkeys and our Honey Glazed Hams are a great way to serve a large group. For a appetizer we smoked some Sausages. Jalapeño Cheese Brats, Polish, German and Hot Louisiana’s. They are just a few that we have. Our Hamburgers are also good for a crowd.
