I grew up in Burton and have my degree from Texas State University.
I have been a teacher with Brenham ISD for 8 years, teaching Pre-K, Kindergarten, 1st grade and now 4th grade.
My husband is a teacher as well and we have two children, both in high school.
I am certified to teach Early Childhood through 6th grade. I enjoy teaching all subjects, but love teaching kids how to read!

Hi! My name is Falon Johnson. I am a EC-6 certified educator and I have been in teaching for about 11 years. I also currently work with the Brenham ISD Avid program. I tutor in math and science from the elementary levels to the high school levels of algebra 1, geometry, algebra 2, several AP courses and even some college level math courses. I attended Brenham ISD and curreny have a seven year old son within this district too. I have worked with many students with learning disorders and love helping all of our students achieve their academic goals. I am so excited to work with WC Learning and to be able to facilitate
even more students advance in their math goals.

WELCOME TO Jordan Kapchinski!

I am a graduate of Sam Houston and I just wrapped up my 8th year teaching, 9th year in public education! I have taught Kindergarten and 3rd grade. Before I accepted a job as a teacher, I was a pull out teacher and enrichment teacher for grades kindergarten-4th grade. In May 2022, I graduated with my Masters in leadership studies with Principal certification from University of Arlington Texas! I have a deep love for reading and exploring new things to learn about!

I am a country girl at heart, raised in the Sandhills of Nebraska, and have called Texasmy home for over 20 years. I served on active duty in the Army for nine years, both asan enlisted soldier and a commissioned officer flying Blackhawk helicopters. Iembraced the role of a stay-at-home mom (the most important job ever!) and dedicatedmyself to homeschooling my three children. Transitioning into the field of education, Itaught in Christian and public schools for 12 years where I specialized in teaching math.I hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Tampa and amaster’s degree in Education (Math Specialist) from Liberty University.

If you are a local educator…have an afternoon or two free after school…love to work one on one with math students…would like some extra money…please let us know.

WCLC is happy to announce the newest member to our team of educators dedicated to the students of Washington and surrounding counties. Welcome to David Yeager.

Thank you to Brenham Nancy Carol Roberts Memorial Library for allowing us to celebrate your 120th birthday with you! Our students learned so much about the women who enabled us to enjoy this beautiful library that we enjoy today. Well done!
