2️⃣ Get Bouncy: Jump squats are like adding a trampoline to your workout. Spring up as you rise from the squat – aim high and feel the burn!
3️⃣ Pause for Effect: Try pause squats for a challenge! Hold that bottom position like you're lounging on an invisible chair. It's squatting in slow-mo – the longer you hold, the stronger you get!

💡 How to Perform an Effective Air Squat:
1️⃣ Stand tall with feet shoulder-width apart.
2️⃣ Lower your body as if sitting back into a chair, keeping your chest up and knees over your toes.
3️⃣ Go as low as you can, aiming for your thighs to be parallel to the ground.
4️⃣ Push through your heels to stand back up, squeezing your glutes at the top.
