“Happy” “Calm” & “Beauty” are in the mail, making their way to a friend across the U.S. she has been gentle with me while I’ve been down with my illness BUT I can finally say it on the way 💜 listen my friends, I’ve had to take a sabbatical from Shalom, due to sickness, and also re-branding the new look. I’m excited to say my products will be back in the stores soon.

This week has been one for the books. I had seizures Sunday and have been in bed since trying to recover! I’m learning some important lessons: 1. I am more than what I can do. I so often try to “be” for my family, it is hard to accept the fact that I can’t do “all the things” BUT I am realizing that who I am is not what I do! I’m a daughter of the most high, my illness doesn’t change that.
2. If I don’t rest, and recover, I will never heal! I’m finding that resting is not just a physical thing but a spiritual/ emotional thing as well. Taking time to breathe and heal is so important. 3. I am very loved, so many people are praying, and loving me well. And most of all I am fearfully and wonderfully made. What truths are you clinging to today?
