Diner en Blanc in Atlantic City has just posted the date it is June 25. If you are a lucky enough to get tickets and don’t feel like preparing your own meal, I will be putting together a variety of basket items that can be picked up on the way to the event. I’ll keep you posted but there will definitely be some French Foods to choose from.

OMG. I did it. Stuffed chicken leg wrapped in bacon. And somehow the texture came out just like KFC which I have been trying to figure out for years. I only used a few spices because I really expected it to not work out. Next time I use my own 13 herbs and spices and maybe stuff it with spinach and ricotta..

Two weeks till Easter. Please order your Easter meat pies also known as Pizza Gaina or pizza rustica asap. You can message me or you can order through Esther at Casale Al Mare for pick up holy Thursday Good Friday or holy Saturday. I also have sweet pies with ricotta chocolate chips and lemon. We are also doing catering for Easter weekend, ham, mac & cheese, potato salad, deviled eggs and some other things.

Ewwy gooey Bacon Man N cheese for the VFW bingo tomorrow night. I always make it a day ahead so all the flavors get into the shells. Tomorrow I’ll make the Buttermilk Fried Chicken for them.
