We had Ihrer family out this morning for a 4 hour bay trip. The fishing continues to be good as we landed 8 flounder with 1 making it to the table. 9 year old Riley stole the show with a nice 20 incher. The hot bait was RipTide Bait and tackle minnow. It was a fun trip with a great family. We are already looking forward to the next one!
The RipTide Bait and Tackle Rotter did its magic once again today! We went 3 for 5 on black drum with fish up to 50 lbs. The drum should be here for a couple more weeks only. Get in while the action is hot!!
I had Ben and Gill out this morning for a 4 hour back bay trip. It was a great morning bite. Caught 10 fluke and 1 weak fish. Ended the day with 3 keepers for dinner. The hot bait was RipTide Bait and tackle spearing. Don’t forget to ask Andy about the Captain Ron’s. It was was even better than the spearing today!
We were back at it again this morning. Patty L took home her limit. Fluke from 19 to 23 inches. Hot bait today was Rip Tide Bait and Tackle squid and Minnie.
The flounder fishing the last few weeks has been very good in our back bays. Producing some high quality catches. Hot bait has been Rip Tide Bait and tackle minnow and spearing. Still have plenty of open dates available.
We had Dave, Sam and Randy out this morning for a few hours on the ocean. We went 5 for 5 with all fish ranging from 42 to 46 inches. All fish were safely released to catch another day. Mojo’s and BKD’s were the bait of choice. We still have some good dates available. Book now before it gets too late. The migration is really heating up in our waters.
We had the John Quartucio crew out today for a 6 hour tour of duty. What a day it was. We had non stop action from the first drift of the day to the last. Couldn’t keep a count of the fish today as we really put a beating on them with multiple fish per drift. Had our limit of Seabass and plenty of fluke for the table. Hot bait was RipTide Bait and tackle spearing, squid, gulp, and pretty much anything you wanted to throw at them. Great to see John and the boys again this year and I’m already looking forward to swing them on the next one.
We had a long lost friend Josh Sonsiadek and his beautiful family in from Missouri doing a tour of his old stomping grounds. Turned out to be a great day. We landed over 15 flounder, 30 Seabass and 3 sharks. Josh took the honors of high hook with a nice 19 incher for the table. The hot bait today was RipTide Bait and Tackle spearing and squid.
We had the pleasure of having Liam and his mother Lauren on board this morning for a back bay trip. Liam brought all the energy we needed to land 15 flounder and 2 sharks. We even manage to get 1 keeper for the table. The hot bait today was RipTide Bait and Tackle minnows and spearing.
We had the Pierson family out this morning for a 4 hour bay trip. We landed 20 flounder and kept the greenies away with a fresh bottle of Captain Ron’s that I picked up from RipTide Bait and Tackle. 7 year old Bennett stole the show today as high hook with some help from his mom with a beauty 22 incher. We ended the day with 2 keepers for dinner. Hot baite today was spearing and squid.
We took our first shot at the reef today to see if we could find some bigger fish. John Lopresti did not waste any time as he nailed a doozie 28 inch fat boy! We ended the day with a limit of sea bass and 3 flounder for the table. Once again the hot bait was RipTide Bait and Tackle spearing.
We had Dr Wassam and the boys out for Stephens Birthday. I couldn’t of asked for a nicer day on the water. I wish the fish cooperated a little more as the bite was on the slow side. Landed 10 fish and a shark for the day. “Hercules “ took home top honors today as high hook with a nice 18 incher. Hot bait today was RipTide Bait and Tackle minnows.
We had a busy Father’s Day weekend with charters so first mate Chloe and I took the day off. So instead of work we decided to do what we do best for a couple of hours. Landed 10 flounder a shark and a few sea bass. Kept 2 flounder for dinner both overs. Chloe beat out the Captain today with a nice 22 incher that I’ll probably never hear the end of. Hot bait was Rip Tide Bait and Tackle Spearing and gulp. We have a few spots open this week. Give us a call for reservations.
We had Anthony, Joseph,Joey and Domenic out today for Father’s Day. The morning started off a little windy but turned into a real beauty. Landed 20 fish but only manage 1 for the table. Hot bait was Rip Tide Bait and tackle spearing. Great crew and look forward to sailing with them again soon.
I had Carl and George Scutt and the one and only Swan out for an early Father’s Day trip this morning. Landed 40 fish and had 4 keepers for dinner. The Swan stole the show as high hook once again with a beautiful 22 inc flounder. Hot bait today was Rip Tide Bait and tackle spearing and minnows.
I had Russ and Fred out this morning for a quick 4 hour tour. The back bay continues to be red hot!! Boated over 30 fish in 4 hours and managed to keep 4 for dinner. Fred stole the show today with a beauty 24’ fluke for high hook. Hot bait today was Rip Tide Bait and Tackle Spearing and minnows. We will be running an open boat trip every Friday through the rest of the season unless we get a private booking. Call 609-230-2910 for reservations.
Fishing continues to be red hot in the bay. We had George and Carl Scutt for an early morning trip to celebrate 60 years of hard work and a happy retirement . We landed over 40 flounder. Had a hard time coming up with slot fish but had plenty of overs to show for it. We took 3 flounders up to 22 inch and a nice blue for dinner. Hot bait today was RipTide Bait and Tackle minnow and spearing
I had the Juliano crew out today for a little high school reunion. Fishing started off slow and we really had to wait them out this afternoon. The patience paid off as we boated 3 big bass all over the 38 inch limit. Hot bait again today was RipTide Bait and Tackle flutter spoon.
Warning!! Warning!! There has been a Shack Attack!!! I had out Tim, Annie and Tim Shack out this afternoon for a 6 hour trip. We started off quickly with 1 fish in the box after about 20 mins of fishing. Things slowed down a bit so we made a move. It turned out to be a jackpot! We landed 19 bass with many double and triple hook ups! The hot bait today was a silver flutter spoon on top of a tandem mojo rig that I picked up this morning from RipTide Bait and tackle. The fish are here in Brigantine. Now is the time to get out!!
We got out early this morning for a couple hours before the big feast. Fishing was a little slow but we did manage to land this nice 47 inch bass. He fell for a silver SP minnow that I picked up at Riptide Bait and Tackle. The biomass of bass should be here any day. Happy Thanksgiving to all!
I had Adam and crew aboard for a 4 hour trip in the bay this morning. The boys made quick work of it nailing 3 bass on the very first drift. Juice took the title today with a nice 34 inch fatty. We ended the day going 3 for 4 on some nice Riptide Bait and Tackle spot. The ocean bass should be here within the next couple weeks. Still some availability but there filling up fast.
I had Jack, Neely, Chloe and Meghan out for a couple hours this morning. Couldn’t ask for a nicer day to go out and get them. There was plenty of action as we boated 15 fish and 2 keepers for the table. Not bad since we only fished for 2 hours and the kids had enough. Meghan stole the show with a nice 22 incher. The Hot bait today was juicy Riptide Bait and tackle minnows.
I had Magy Llamas, Jack and Ashley out for a 4 hour tour this morning. The back bay action continues to be red hot. Magy stole the show with a nice 24 inc flounder. We ended the day with 4 keepers for the table and plenty of laughs. The hot bait today was Rip Tide Bait and tackle minnows and spearing.
