Meet Jeanne Grampp

As an accomplished former Human Resources Director, Jeanne has developed a broad variety of experience and skills that she brings to her real estate dealings to service a wide-ranging spectrum of discriminating clients.

Prior to earning her Real Estate License, Jeanne worked 20+ years in Human Resources for Fortune 100 Companies in the areas of Compensation, Benefits, Learning and Development and HR Operations.

Jeanne uses her experience and negotiating skills obtained in the Corporate arena to proactively address details of real estate transactions to always leverage the best outcome for her clients.
Jeanne was born and raised in Brightwaters, where she graduated from Bay Shore High School and she is a current resident in Bay Shore. Jeanne’s extensive knowledge of the South Shore helps to provide services to sellers, buyers and investors in all aspects of the residential market.

Jeanne graduated from Marymount College in Tarrytown with a bachelor’s degree in business and marketing and has earned a master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College at Columbia University.

Jeanne brings integrity, energy, hard work and creative services to every detail of the real estate transaction. She is known for her intuition and compassion, which translate into her natural ability to always put her clients first.

Jeanne has extensive experience in renovation and design which assists buyers giving them foresight to picturing their dream home or help to stage a home in preparation for selling.
