Did you know here at Adoration Studio we offer a wide variety of classes & workshops?!

We have weekly drop-in style classes (meaning you don't have to go each week to benefit from them).

Of course we have Burlesque based classes but we also have a POUND fitness class & TWO different yoga classes each week!

In addition we host (typically monthly) a workshop that is full of back to back classes open to anyone who wants to dip their toes into the creative waters of expression & performance.

What about our backstage pass? It's really a steal. Each month for select hours we open the studio up as a co-working space. Need to get some creative juices flowing? need a wall full of mirrors?? just want to go somewhere chill to brainstorm??? ...this is what we are here for!

This class is designed to connect the mind, body, and soul. Bring in and create good energy, set your intentions, visualize what you want to manifest for yourself, and let go of any negativity you have pent up. Learn slow and sultry burlesque with a twist on classic choreography. This class specifically will teach you the fundamentals of burlesque and have you leave class loving your body and ready to show off your new moves and take on whatever life throws at you. This class is great for self-care and is a positive motivator.
