I have found during my life and career so many Women and Men struggle with self confidence and are frankly quite ashamed of their body and I want to break that cycle. I want others to see the true beauty of themselves. Your body is beautiful. So embrace it!

OK so this may be a long shot but my kiddos are wanting to try a new recipe everyweek next year and I was trying to come up with a unique way of getting new ideas. Soo with that said I'm asking for ANY one who would want to send us a christmas card with your favorite recipe inside we would love to return the favor. Love when my clients let me show their before and afters. These pics do not do it justice. Client has been struggling with deep cracks and very dry thick heels. After the pumpkin spice latte pedicure which includes a callus treatment and removal they were visibly less thick, hydrated, and soft.
