Pulled pork bbq for this Saturday??? We are doing a party for a customer and have room on the smoker. Give us a shout on here or text we can sell whole butts, racks of ribs, or pork by the pound. Thanks.

The weather didn’t slow us down this weekend. We ended up with a smoker full. We will be taking orders for this Saturday June 1st. We can do whole boston butts, pulled pork by the pound, or full racks of ribs.

Memorial day is right around the corner. We still have a little room on the smoker for Saturday pickup. Full rack ribs $18 or pulled pork whole butts $50 message us by Thursday for a spot!

2024 Racks By the Tracks was a good event this year minus a little rain shower or two. We appreciate the customers that came back looking for us again this year and the new ones. Also want to give a big shout out to our help! We are thankful for the help to keep the wait time down.

Mother’s Day is coming up soon we will be taking orders for Sunday pickup.

How about a meal for two at $35! We call this “BBQ colossal” it starts out with a full rack of smoked ribs stuffed inside is 1/2 pound of our smoked Mac n Cheese topped with 1lb of pulled pork bbq with your choice of bbq sauce on top.

We stayed busy this weekend with a little smoking. Big shout out to the customers that placed orders and bought some of our sauces to take home. Looking forward to the summer days of cooking for people. Keep us in mind when you are plannin holidays, special occasions, or just a simple dinner for your family.

Next Saturday March 2nd we will have some more room on the smoker. Full rack of ribs $18 three different flavors to choose from. Message us bye the 29th only a few spots available so don’t wait long.

Who’s ready for some apple smoked baby back ribs? We will have full racks for sale all this week and ready for pick up sat 2/17/24. PM us by noon Friday to place your order. Price for a full rack of rib is $18. We also have our bbq sauces,house rub, hats and shirts.

Busy night with all the family. We deep fried a Boston butt in bacon grease and did a dry rub on chicken wings for dinner and had our smoked Mac and cheese and green beans slow cooked. For snacks today we smoked cream cheese blocks for the win.

One wasn’t enough so three should do it two done in our house rub one done in a dark roast coffee rub.

Busy Friday morning cooking 8 butts plus doing some smoked baked potatoes for a bbq covered potato tray! congrats to the wedding couple getting married today thanks for letting us cook for your day.
