Less than three weeks left until the annual Community Bingo Night at the Epstein Campus in Bristol to benefit The Bucks County Community College Foundation, on Friday, August 16th. Tickets and donations support Scholarships for our Bucks students. 👨🏻‍🎓👩🏼‍🎓👨🏽‍🎓👩🏽‍🎓👨🏾‍🎓 Prizes include gift cards and products from various local Bucks County area businesses.

Updated post to share that ALL campus locations will be offering to host anyone in need of a break from the heat today and Thursday. We will be offering free bottled water and snacks courtesy of our BUILD Club's Zip kitchen here in Bristol. Stop by between 8:30am and 6pm at 1304 Veterans Highway, Bristol, PA today or Thursday (we will be closed Wednesday and Friday).

Take a break from the heat 🥵 and cool off here at Bucks! Air-conditioning and Wi-Fi are available at all three of our campuses today (6/18) and Thursday (6/20).

On 6/18 and 6/20:
➡️ The Library at Newtown Campus is open 8 a.m. – 7 p.m.
➡️ Epstein Campus at Lower Bucks is open 8:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.
➡️Upper Bucks Campus is open 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Please note: all three locations are closed Wednesday and Friday.

A great summer program at Bucks County Community College!

Eligible high school students can attend for free! While this program is based at our Newtown Campus, if we generate enough interest from our local lower bucks community, we may be able to run a cohort at our Epstein Campus at Lower Bucks in Bristol!

We had a great time this morning with the Class of 2024 🎓 from . They will all be studying in the fall. 🏫🧑‍🏫One activity we completed included making Vision Boards to put their goals down on paper. With so much creativity in the room, we hope we can be a small part of making these dreams a reality.

We hoped everyone had a great time at the Epstein Campus Spring Fling! We enjoyed seeing all your crafty 🌸 creations, eating snacks from Kona Pizza 🍕, sampling desserts 🍪 from our To***co and V**e Free task force, and blowing off steam with a few rounds of mini golf ⛳️

Stop by our OPEN HOUSE tomorrow (Thursday) at the Epstein Campus at Lower Bucks anytime between 5pm and 7pm to meet with various representatives from Bucks County Community College.

We are celebrating Earth Day a day late by cleaning up the Pond and Delhaas Woods around campus tomorrow, Tuesday the 23rd. Meet up in the main lobby at NOON. Gloves and trash bags will be provided.

We hope everyone had a great time at our unWINEd & Paint event on campus. 🎨🖼️🍷🧀 We loved seeing all the different flip flop 🩴 varieties our students came up with. Here’s just a sampling of the finished and semi-finished products.

Two events coming on Monday are our Pantry Pride event to empower both our students and our community to fight hunger together. As well as a chance to speak with representatives from the college about what opportunities you see for the future of Bucks. Snacks will be provided with both!

This Tuesday, the Epstein Campus at Lower Bucks, in conjuction with the student programming club, B.U.I.L.D., will present a Sexual Health and Wellness Fair, from 9:30 am through 1:30 pm. We will have both speakers and information tables on a number of different topics related to sexual health and wellness. Join us Friday for the Opening Reception of our next art show. Can't make it on Friday? Stop by campus during any of our regular operating hours to view and purchase any of the art on display. A portion of each piece sold benefits our students through The Bucks County Community College Foundation.

We hope everyone enjoyed learning self-defense techniques from the instructors at Action Karate Feasterville and their new location Action Karate Fairless Hills . The participants seemed more confident and especially louder and more assertive by the end of the workshop. 🥋🦈

Join us in the Student Commons tomorrow as we celebrate Women's History Month with a self-defense workshop led by Dr. Alminda D'Agostino of Action Karate. Although geared towards women, all are welcome to attend.

We had a great time celebrating 💕Valentine’s Day 💕with our students. No significant others were needed to make some neat art, decorate cookies, make chocolate fondue, and win some cool prizes at Bingo today. 💳

Thanks to the students and counselors at Bensalem High School for visiting the Epstein Campus at Lower Bucks. We had a great time talking about what Bucks has to offer with and learn more about budgeting and how our Coaches on Campus program through Bucks County Opportunity Council can help meet basic needs to keep them enrolled. We ended the day with a tour of the Center for Advanced Technology building and their programs, many of which are completely free to Bucks County residents who qualify through Bucks County Community College - Center for Workforce Development

The BUILD Club will be selling Candy-grams in the lobby on Tuesday and Wednesday. We'll also be having BINGO for all students on Tuesday, starting at Noon and Wednesday we'll be having arts and crafts and chocolates and cookies in the Student Lounge and Zip Kitchen. We hope you can celebrate the holiday with us, no matter your relationship status!

The Office of Student Life has a block of tickets available for CURRENT STUDENTS to the Wednesday, Feb. 7th Matinee at Bristol Riverside Theater of A Raisin in the Sun. Cost will be $10. Please see Kathy or Rose at the Epstein campus with your $10 in cash to reserve your ticket. Transportation WILL NOT be provided. Newtown students, please see Student Life for tickets.

We hope everyone had a great week between petting comfort dogs Monday and Tuesday and Winterfest food and crafts today. Good luck on finals!

We had a busy on campus as students got a chance to voice their opinion on the college’s strategic plan, make lots of colorful dog tug toys 🐕 using old shirts, and decorate the campus 🎄.

If you didn’t get a chance to braid or finish your tug toy for Giving Tuesday, we will have more strips around campus thanks to additional generosity from Bucks County Sheriff's Office K9 Unit’s Zeke and other last minute donations. Please pick up strips or drop off more finished ones in the Zip Kitchen! And we’ll setup again in the lobby next week when Angel On A Leash bring their dogs to visit!

We're making dog 🐕 toys tomorrow for Giving Tuesday. Come cut and braid t-shirts to make tug toys for shelter dogs. We're still taking used t-shirts to make them!
