Here's our Teen Space schedule and hours for this coming week, November 3-9! Please note that the Bristol Public Library will be closed Tuesday, November 5.

Join us Wednesdays in the BPL Teen Space for Gaming Club! From 3-6 pm, play video games and board games, enjoy snacks, and hang out. This month's Gaming Club tournament will be held November 20, and we'll be playing Splatoon! Everyone ages 11-18 is welcome!

Join us tomorrow, October 31, for 5th Thursday Movie Night! Every 5th Thursday of a month, teens are invited to watch a different movie and enjoy snacks and popcorn. This month, we're watching a funny and spooky film about three witches. Everyone ages 11-18 is welcome!

If you're a member of our Teen D&D Group, don't forget to join us today for a session at 3 pm!

Our Teen Dungeons & Dragons group meets from 3-5 pm on October 5, 19, & 26! Due to the popularity of the group, it is currently closed to new members, but you can email [email protected] to be added to the wait list and notified if a spot opens up.

On October 30, we'll be holding our monthly Gaming Club Tournament in the BPL Teen Space! This month is a Pokkén Tournament DX tournament. We'll have practice time beginning at 3 pm, with matches starting at 3:30. Everyone ages 11-18 is welcome!

Our Teen Halloween Party will be held Thursday, October 24 in the BPL Teen Space from 5-7 pm! We'll have lots of activities including games, crafts, and pumpkin carving! Eat pizza and enjoy candy and treats. Don't forget to wear a costume and compete in our costume contest!

Knitwits meets this Thursday, October 17, at 6 pm! Join us in the BPL Teen Space to knit, crochet, or work on other fiber arts projects. If you're a beginner, we'll provide the supplies you need to get started and teach you the basics! Everyone ages 11-18 is welcome.

Here's our hours and schedule of teen events for the BPL Teen Space this week, October 13-19! Please note that the library will be closed Monday and Friday.

Cook & Book Group will be held at 4 pm on Thursday, October 17 in the BPL Teen Space and Monday, October 21 at Avoca Branch. Join us to read from "In the Wild Light" by Jeff Zetner, a novel about a boy from small town Appalachia who struggles with grief and family as he attends an elite boarding school and begins writing poetry. We'll read aloud, discuss the story, and explore where we're from through poetry like the protagonist. We’ll also make cheesecake dip to enjoy with apples and crackers. No reading in advance is required, and participants will get a free copy of the book to keep at the end of the program. Everyone ages 11-18 is welcome!

Join us this Thursday, October 10 from 3-5 pm for Art Club! This month, make your own mini diorama with altoid tins and Halloween miniatures.

Board Game Club is this Tuesday, October 8 in the BPL Teen Space, from 6-8 pm! Come hang out and play board and card games with us! Everyone ages 11-18 is welcome.

Our teen LGBTQ+ group meets twice monthly in the BPL Teen Space, and LGBTQ+ teens and allies ages 11-18 are invited to come socialize, learn, and have fun!

On Thursday, October 10 we'll have a planning and discussion meeting from 5:30-7:30 pm. We'll be starting early and painting gear for Pride! We'll provide bandanas or you can bring a shirt or other clothing to paint. On Tuesday, October 22 from 6-7:30, we'll be listening to and discussing a podcast while painting mini pumpkins!
