HOPEE House Inc
Member of the Bucks County Recovery House Association. Transitional living for adult women in recovery providing short term residency.
Assisting women to reclaim their lives and families. Empower adult women to live a changed life. Supervised structured living for adult women in addiction recovery. Requires desire to remain clean and sober, work a program and pay weekly rent.
It's time to change. Lay down all your vices, surrender, and be set free from the trick of the enemy ... "addiction". It does not have to be drugs or alcohol but any addiction is hold back, a threat and maybe the end if you do not surrender soon enough. Keep your eyes open for the vacant bed at HOPEE House to be set free and live again without bo***ge to anything, anybody and no substance. Love yourself, trust yourself , value yourself and respect yourself.
This is the spirit, the atmosphere, the temperature at HOPEE House. We are not just the ordinary setting for women in recovery. I stress each one help each other get and keep their serenity and sobriety. Love thy neighbor as thyself ... Offer a hand up to the downtrodden, support the unsupported, give back what was given to you ... love, understanding and confidence.
Announcement: The available bed has been filled ... I no longer have a vacancy. But, keep checking this page for announcements. Please remember only what you do for God will last.
Women in recovery ... trust God
This post is good advice to the woman struggling with what to do with her life full of ups & downs due to addiction but the message is in the post -- do it for you "just you and God".
Women in recovery -- Remain positive even tho things or situations seem negative ... stay positive. Think on the goodness and the logic of a situation rather than being negative or doin /having it your way ... success and life gets better as time goes on if you remain positive.
Be positive, don't dwell in the negative ...
No matter what ... just stand!
Sharing the testimony of a former HH lady who passed through HH wanting to do it her way but, after the trials of doing it her way, contacted me to share this testimony:
I am in Coatesville...I came home my son got kicked out of my parents so he and I were homeless for a little. I called cys on myself because I couldn't provide for him. We were in a shelter I got a job at Dollar General. I am in college for criminal justice with a 4.0 GPA, we moved into our own 4 bedroom house because I got a section 8 voucher and now I have all 4 children living with me and the best news I just received I am going to be a Mommom!!!
I never forgot about you Ms. Dru and I apologize. I just really needed to reach out to you because it was you that helped me and inspired me to get my life together. God bless you. Maybe one day I can take you out to lunch or out for coffee I truly miss you. I hope you are well!!! May your life be filled with peace, love, and happiness.
Thanks be to God for your surrender and opening your eyes to a "better way once you surrender and truly seek "Him" who can keep you from falling; and, can pick you up, turn you around to a "new thing" -- recovery and right living.
Come to HOPEE House (bed available in October) to break the chains that remain holding you hostage to a disease with a cure. Join a few good women, working a program, enjoying the serenity of recovery and willingness to change. If interested call 866-496-0064 for interview and scheduling. A place for mature, adult women serious about "letting go and let God".
Available one bed coming in October! Open to the mature woman who wants to change and live a different lifestyle after rehab. But, must meet the requirements to join adult women, "walking the walk to talk the talk". Altho a small community of women in recovery there is caring and concern about each other while minding "your" own business, working "your" program to keep "your" sobriety. If this describes you and an atmosphere of interest -- call 866-496-0064 for more information.
Change ... yes, be positive! Let go of negative thoughts and hold onto positive thinking on your way to successful heights. Positive is the way up -- negative holds you down. Be an empowered woman.
I just read this post this morning and found it to be beneficial to post on HOPEE House page as it is our emblem that representing transformation from the old behaviors to the the new you and the processes that are required for change. Thus, I will be including this new additional information ... thanks for sharing.
An early afternoon affair celebrating 8 years of helping "women in recovery", supporting their needs when the odds are against them. Having confidence in who they are and can be as we walk together a journey I once had to walk to accomplish sobriety of 30+ years. Speaking and encouraging them to "stick and stay" it gets better ... don't quit and remaining strong for the weak, being the light in the dark place, providing a roof over their head until they can provide for themselves. Enduring being beat financially yet holding onto the desire to help make a difference in their life. Help them understand it is "honesty rather than dishonesty' that will enable them to become the woman God intends for her to be. Yes, living without drugs of any kind, including prescription, is doable and each woman who comes/leaves HOPEE House is full well aware of the challenge in her life -- just say no and keep moving forward. Remembering to reach out for the positives placed in their life through their journey.

Don't worry, be happy. People don't understand the process of recovery. But, if it is working -- stick & stay; and if you are struggling get to a meeting, call somebody, pick up your text and read. Or, just get somewhere quiet and meditate on "look where He has brought me from"
Good morning -- Happy July 4th!

Best advice ... ladies in recovery should grab this advice and hide it in their hearts for the basis of their recovery.
It's not how cool you are or how sharp you dress but rather how serious you are about change. You must be determined to do what is necessary to make a difference in your walk/journey. Be humble and gracious, open to change and receiving your blessing. Let go and let God!
