Dear Brockport Blog Readers,
The kind and hardworking volunteers at the Brockport Community Connection "BCC" have asked that I share there is a strong need for Thanksgiving food assistance in our community this year.
There are two ways you can help the organization (which is working in conjunction with the Brockport Ecumenical Food Shelf and numerous service clubs and churches) create Thanksgiving food baskets for neighbors who need them:
1. Make a monetary donation that will be used to purchase items needed (scan the QR code on the flier below to donate via Venmo).
2. Drop off donations of requested food items (mashed potato mix, stuffing mix, gravy, apple sauce, canned fruit) at the following locations:
-Brockport Village Hall
-Dollar General
-Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary
-St. Luke's Episcopal Church
-Brockport First Baptist Church
-Brockport Free Methodist Church
-Strong West
-Cuts Unlimited II
-Sole Movement and Dance.
Thank you 🧡Caurie
