Richard Duval, BLF board member and book shop coordinator presents D.P. Kiley with a certificate of appreciation for his dedicated service volunteering through the school year. D.P. has been extremely helpful with his tasks on a weekly basis. Thank you Brockton Schools and Janice for the opportunity of working together. D.P. has been a pleasure to work with.

Next Committee Meeting : Tue Oct 3, 2023 6 pm in the Trustee Meeting Room, Main Branch

These BHS volunteers helped keep the book shop clean and organized throughout the school year. They were presented with certificates of appreciation along with their instructor Janice from Rich Duval the BOOK SHOP coordinator.

Spring book sale now through 2 PM at main branch. Come get a great book for a rainy Saturday. Prices can't be beat!!

Poetry Event Saturday January 14 at 2pm. Main Library

The Evening of Elegance Gala was a huge success! Much gratitude to our volunteers, we couldn't have done it without you! Between ticket sales, donations, and the auctions, we raised a total of $7,768.32 for library programs. It was a great night, soon to be an annual favorite! Tickets will be available at the door Saturday evening. $50 each for the gala. Don't miss the auction and raffles. Here's a sneak peek of just a few of the many items donated. 58" smart television, photo shoot valued at $2200 and so much more.

John was a newly elected executive board member. He was a member and supporter of the Foundation and will be missed. Rest in peace, John. Thank you for all your valuable input.

Tickets still available. The Brockton Library Foundation is ending the year with a Gala event Dec 3rd. Tickets $50. Entertainment including Quartet, Poetry readings, Jazz, and DJ. Refreshments will be served along with wine and cheese. Silent auction with many art pieces and raffle for $150 worth of scratch tickets.
