It’s time to learn your ABCs! Yes, we know you know the alphabet, but can you name a pole move for each letter? Each week we’ll be sharing a pole pose, spin, trick, floor-work, or combo beginning with the letter of the week.

Kicking off this project is studio owner, matriarch and head badass Wendy Dayle in an A-Frame! Spread those legs and get down and dirty to take this classic pole pose to the next level 🥵

The Nudes Collection is by far the most expensive product line to maintain.

The Bee’s Knees Knee Pad was the first pole dance knee pad to offer multiple shades of n**e back in 2019. Nothing will ever change that.

But the truth is, I’m not sure I’ll restock The Nudes after this current batch sells down. I’m growing other products, and The Bee’s Knees Knee Pad is due for a redesign. Hopefully folks will remember BKKP was the first, and that will count for something.

Do you get stuck in your head about your pole progress? Do you sometimes have an adversarial relationship with pole? Do you want to feel like a more successful pole dancer?

On TRACK is a workshop that trains the s*xiest and most important part of a pole dancer’s body first: the mind.

Once the mind is On TRACK, we will move from the classroom to the pole room and start tackling your pole goals!

PART ONE: A 25-minute session in which Bee will teach you The TRACK Method, her goal setting strategy designed specifically for pole dance.

PART TWO: A 50-minute pole session for you to begin working on your pole goal. Bee will warm you up, assist you with your pole goal, then cool you down.

There are TWO opportunities to attend: Thursday, Feb 23 at 6pm or Feb 25 at 12:15pm. Register in Punchpass using your regular active membership!

Dress to pole because we will start working on your pole goal during this workshop.

You get a free e-book on The TRACK Method as well! You can print it ahead of time and bring it with you, but I’ll have extra copies on hand, just in case.
