Fall River Property Management is Giving Away Free Rent for a Year!

Starting on May 1, 2023, one lucky FRPM resident will be selected each month to win a free month of rent. Twelve lucky winners will win free months of rent.

Terms and Conditions Apply:

-Starting May 1 Fall River Property Management will be giving away FREE RENT to one lucky tenant per month.
-The winning tenant will receive their one month of rent paid in full for the upcoming rental period.
-The winners will be announced on the 25th of the preceding month
-Winners will be announced LIVE on Facebook at the home of the winning tenant.
-To qualify, you must be a current FRPM tenant in good standing. A tenant is in good standing when they do not have any rental arrears, they are not in eviction status or tenancy termination status.
-To enter the contest, the tenant must like our page on Facebook or Instagram, share the post and comment with the words "I want free rent".
-Tenants can enter once on Instagram and once on Facebook each month for a maximum of two entries per month.
-Must be 18 or older and live in a FRPM apartment to enter. Residents are only eligible to win once for the contest year.
-A total of 12 winners will be selected.
-The winning tenant's rent will be paid to their property owner by Fall River Property Management.
-The tenant will receive their prize in the form of a rent credit which must be used that month.
-Any prepayments on the tenant's account will be used for future months.
-The prizes do not have cash value and are non-transferable.
-Winners will be selected randomly.
-The winner must allow Fall River Property Management to use footage of winner announcement to promote the contest.
