Ranchers try to avoid July and August calves…. It’s called “the kiss of death”. Seems every year we still have a few late ones. Very thankful for the cold snap we’ve had for the ones born lately. A late calf is better than no calf!!

Man…..I don’t know what’s going on but this mid July weather is absolutely amazing.

If you need a laugh on this hot Friday…

One year ago I had for real heat stroke and it was a bad day. Bella was laughing at me and sneaking pics while I almost died out in the middle of nowhere 🤣. My best friends drove me back to town and got some fluids and I recovered but I havent been the same since. Wasn’t my smartest moment. Yall be careful out there.

The heat is on. Get the grills fired up and come get some big fat steaks for the weekend. We have plenty of ribeyes, strips, sirloins, filets, t-bones, teres major. We have pork butts, ribs, briskets tri tip, picanha. Hot dogs, hamburgers, sausage. Whatever you like we have it.

Seasonings are stocked. Sides and treats are stocked. Come on in!
